Departure is from the dock of the Rota do Douro company in Vila Nova de Gaia.

The cruise lasts approximately 50 minutes.

Timetables vary according to the season:
- High season (April to September): from 10:00h to 18:30h.
- Low season (October to March): from 10:00h to 16:00h.
- Please note that the cruise may not operate on certain public holidays.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will receive a ticket giving you access to the cruise. With this ticket, you can go directly to the departure dock at any time during operating hours, there is no need to book a specific time in advance.

Boats depart every 30 minutes. If the cruise is full when you arrive, you will simply board the next available departure.

During this cruise, you will discover the stories behind each bridge: Ponte Dom Luís I, Ponte do Infante, Ponte Maria Pia, Ponte São João, Ponte do Freixo and Ponte da Arrábida, while enjoying some of the best panoramic views of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Las habitaciones eran amplias y estaban limpias. El servicio de habitaciones era muy correcto, pasaban a diario por la habitación. El agua de la ducha salía caliente, se agradece. La habitación disponía de aire acondicionado individual. Hemos llegado en días muy calurosos y se agradece tener un aire acondicionado disponible individualmente. Los desayunos estaban incluidos y era un buffet bastante aceptable, había una variedad de platos y de bebidas. Tenía bastante aparcamiento en el exterior del hotel y también había aparcamiento gratis y cubierto en el interior del hotel. En relación calidad precio esta muy bien el hotel.
Hemos echado en falta una pequeña nevera para el agua. La tv era solo en portugués y no había forma de cambiar el idioma porque parecía estar capado el menú del tv, imagino que no anden toqueando como yo quería.

A mí pareja y a mí nos ha encantado. El hotel muy limpio y agradable, la habitación era perfecta con una cama grande y comodísima. A 5 minutos andando tienes la parada de bus y en media hora estás en el centro de Oporto. El hotel tiene parking subterráneo gratuito y el desayuno ha sido genial, todo muy muy rico. La excursión en barco nos gustó mucho. Sin duda ha sido todo un acierto, volvería de nuevo y cogería el mismo chollo.
