Perfect hotel, perfect location, good food and animation in the evenings. Close to market, restaurants, see, castle, walking paths. A lot of Halloween decors in the hotel common space and activities! We liked there! Would like to return!

We came from Barcelona for a mini break and were so happy. The room was amazing! I was slighly worried when I saw we were on the first floor with a bar close-by but we heard NOTHING. The balcony was super and it was amazing to see the world walk by. Hardly any cars on the road and no noises from the bar. The room was spacious and all was super clean. The food was super too. A good variation and lots fresh fish and meats next to vegetarian dishes. They really made a fantastic buffet for al to enjoy with daily variations. Lots of fruit/cake/sweets/ creams for dessert if you have any space left. Breakfast was the same with pretty much all nationalities choices of breakfast available. The staff were all lovely. From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference. If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something.
TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these.

Everything was perfect! Modern and clean rooms, delicious food, with wide variety of spanish and medditerrenean dishes, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located near to the beach and city centre. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Las personas que llevaban a cabo la animación fueron maravillosas todo el rato, muy metidos en el papel, muy pacientes y muy amables. La gente del comedor, también muy maja. La comida bien, muy variada y correcta. Además, gestionar todo el aluvión de gente que éramos en turnos sin tener que esperar mucho denota mucha práctica y profesionalidad. Total, que lo mejor y de diez, el personal del hotel, sobre todo al Biltelchús y la chica que iba de medieval y animaba todas las canciones, tremenda. Felicidades :)
Maybe the part of the activities itself, in the pdf it said that there were going to be a lot of things but in reality, psé. The terrifying handicraft workshops were pretty lame and we didn't see the family gymkana or the witches school but we think it's because it goes per weekend, not all on the same weekend and maybe we misunderstood it (it should be specified in the pdf that each weekend is one thing if it was like that). In any case, good value for money and we had a great time. Thanks to all of you.
Quizá la parte de las actividades en si, en el pdf ponía que iba a haber un montón de cosas pero en realidad, psé. Los talleres terroríficos de manualidades bastante sosillos y no vimos la gimkana familiar o la escuela de brujitas pero creemos que viene a ser pq va por fin de semanas, no todo el mismo finde y quizá lo entendimos mal (debería estar especificado en el pdf que es cada finde una cosa si fue así). En cualquier caso, calidad-precio bien y lo hemos pasado estupendamente. Gracias a tod@s.

La comida, cuando había era muy buena
The reception staff very bad, little information and little empathy. They gave us the lunch schedule in the last shift because they said the hotel was full, we said we had a little girl and if it was possible to advance the schedule because she is not used to eat and dine so late, we were told no, it was full. In the restaurant as it was the last shift many dishes, especially desserts were no longer replenished. It also coincided with the few activities on Saturday night which were from 20:30 to 21:30 just the time of dinner, and just was the musical bingo and mystery boxes.
We stayed 3 days and coincidentally always won the same person (bingo, adult costume reply), who happened to know everyone in the hotel and then sat with them when they played music. A pity because it takes away the illusion when you see those things.
El personal de recepción muy mal, información escasa y poca empatía. Nos dieron el horario de comida en el último turno porque decían que el hotel estaba completo, dijimos que teníamos una niña pequeña y que si era posible adelantar el horario porque ella no está acostumbrada a comer y cenar tan tarde, nos dijeron que no, que estaba lleno. En el restaurante al ser ultimo turno muchos platos, sobretodo postres ya no reponían. Además coincidía con las escasas actividades del sábado noche que eran de 20:30 a 21:30 justo el horario de la cena, y justo era el bingo musical y las cajas misteriosas.
Nosotros estuvimos 3 días y casualmente siempre ganaba la misma persona (bingo, concurso de disfraces adulto), que casualmente la conocían todos los del hotel y luego se sentaba con ellos cuando pinchaban música. Una lástima porque quita la ilusión cuando se ven esas cosas.

Estuvimos el año pasado y hemos visto que han reformado la recepción y lo han dejado muy bonita.
La fiesta de Halloween estuvo bien aunque nos gustó más la del año pasado con sus animadores.
Aunque se hacian colas para el desayuno, comida o cena, daban más tiempo del establecido y reponían los platos.
El túnel del terror muy terrorífico (divertido) se hace corto, los figurantes metidos en su papel.
