Perfect hotel, perfect location, good food and animation in the evenings. Close to market, restaurants, see, castle, walking paths. A lot of Halloween decors in the hotel common space and activities! We liked there! Would like to return!

We came from Barcelona for a mini break and were so happy. The room was amazing! I was slighly worried when I saw we were on the first floor with a bar close-by but we heard NOTHING. The balcony was super and it was amazing to see the world walk by. Hardly any cars on the road and no noises from the bar. The room was spacious and all was super clean. The food was super too. A good variation and lots fresh fish and meats next to vegetarian dishes. They really made a fantastic buffet for al to enjoy with daily variations. Lots of fruit/cake/sweets/ creams for dessert if you have any space left. Breakfast was the same with pretty much all nationalities choices of breakfast available. The staff were all lovely. From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference. If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something.
TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these.

Everything was perfect! Modern and clean rooms, delicious food, with wide variety of spanish and medditerrenean dishes, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located near to the beach and city centre. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Ha sido un fin de semana de 10! Las habitaciones reformadas muy bonitas, la cama cómoda.
El personal siempre súper amable y atento a cualquier cosa que necesitaramos.
La comida súper variada y muy rica! Y lo mejor de todo sin duda fue el personal de animación, Cori, Eva, Marc y todos los demás (no tengo tanta memoria con los nombres jajaja) súper cercanos y amables con nuestro hijo David, de verdad GRACIAS POR TODO, por hacer de este fin de semana de carnaval unos días estupendos llenos de risas y buen ambiente.
Perhaps the cleanliness of the rooms could be better, as there were several hairs in the shower and the soap dispensers were broken and did not work.
We also lacked some sheets for the sofa bed, there were only fitted sheets.

También nos faltó unas sábanas para el sofá cama, solo había bajera.

I think the entertainment could be improved, especially on weekends, when there are celebrations and considering that practically everything in the village is closed and you have to spend more hours at the hotel.

Fuimos un fin de semana, el hotel estaba organizado para el tema de carnaval.
El hotel está renovado, tanto las habitaciones como los accesos generales, está todo nuevo; la ubicación es perfecta a tres minutos de la playa y la relación calidad precio excelente
Tanto viernes noche como sábado noche, en hora punta, había bastante cola en el comedor. Deberían buscar un método para agilizar esa cola, que fuera más rápida

El hotel es precioso. El personal desde la recepción, los camareros, las señoras de limpieza y la animación todos muy pendientes de los clientes. Atentos en todo momento y siempre con una sonrisa. El buffet era muy variado y todo muy bueno.
El bungalow al estar cerrado toda la semana, al entrar olía a humedad. Una vez ventilado se iba el olor.

En general todo bien...los bungalows un poco anticuados...pero relativamente bien.
Modernize the furniture and the bathroom in the Bungalow. Especially the small bathroom...I would eliminate the half bathtub and change it for a shower tray.... the bathtub is very dangerous for older people.

Nos ha gustado mucho. El hotel es muy bonito, la ubicación está genial y lo encontramos todo limpio y en buen estado. El hotel estaba bastante decorado de Halloween. Nuestra habitación sí estaba reformada.

De la habitación tendría que mejorar la longitud de cable que han dejado de secador, ya que como estaba enganchado debajo del mueble, deja muy poco margen para manejarte bien al secarte el cabello como seas más alta de 1,60m. También mejoraría un poco el planning de actividades ya que muchas se solapaban entre ellas y era dificil poder acudir a todo porque coincidía con la cena, etc. Como el concurso de disfraces que era a la misma hora y nos lo perdimos. Además para todas las comidas se hacen colas largas de espera pese a haber mesas vacías dentro. Además, leímos que las comidas iban a estar tematizadas y solo había algun postre contado decorado de Halloween, pero ninguna comida más.
