Imagine indoor and outdoor pools at different temperatures, a sauna, steam bath, ice fountain, contrast showers, relaxing beds, waterfalls... You’ll love it!
Important info about your Aquum Spa access:
- Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Each access lasts 3 hours.
- No need to book in advance, once you arrive at your accommodation, you'll receive all the details and can visit the spa whenever it suits you.
- A bathing cap is mandatory. If you don’t bring one, you can buy it there for €4.
- Towels are not included, bring your own or rent one at the spa for an extra fee.
- Children are welcome from age 5. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Estuvimos 3 personas en una habitación triple. La limpieza del hotel en general podría mejorar. En nuestro caso en el espejo del armario se quedaron huellas, y en el baño, en la bañera pelos.
En todas las plantas hay alfombras por los pasillos y los mismos huelen raro.
El aspecto general del hotel es de envejecido y considero que necesitaría una reforma y modernización.
El acceso al garaje para coche deportivo es bastante bueno y disponen de plazas amplias. Por lo menos en uno de los garajes de debajo del hotel donde pude dejar mi coche.
En cuanto al personal de recepción, existe alguna trabajadora un pelín altiva y poco simpática, aunque en general, por lo demás, suelen ser amables en el resto de casos (otras personas de recepción, personal de la limpieza, comedor, etc)
En el recinto del hotel disponen de piscinas y cafetería y suelen haber espectáculos y/o actuaciones en directo. Existe piscina para niños.
Con respecto a la comida, existe bastante variedad tanto si quieres comer dulce como salado. Y tienes donde elegir.
Está cerca de la playa.
Lo que me gustaría destacar es que disponen de zona de Spa. Nosotros tuvimos 3 horas de spa incluido en Aquum y estuvimos muy a gusto. Es una maravilla.
También hay zona de gimnasio, por la que se paga a parte. No es gratuita. Al igual que se pueden reservar, previo pago, pistas de pádel.
Si tuviera que sugerir aspectos a mejorar serían:
- Renovación de mobiliario e instalaciones en general.
- Camas más nuevas y colchones más cómodos.
- Mejora de la limpieza en las habitaciones y en los pasillos.
- No permitir que se “reserven” tumbonas si en todo el día el cliente no está en la piscina usándolas o en el Spa.
- Que se informe a los clientes en el comedor a qué tienen derecho ya que hay confusiones si no es la primera vez que acudes a este hotel.

La estancia en general ha sido buena, el servicio atento, la comida buena, las actividades geniales.
La habitación ha dejado mucho que desear para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas superior.
A pesar de ser vieja, almenos podría haber estado más limpia, encontramos la tapa del váter por debajo negra, le dimos con toallitas desmaquillantes y costó, pero se quitó, la pica de lavarse las manos con manchas amarillas, también se quitaron al darle con toallitas, la puerta del baño y el cabezal de la cama grasientos, llenos de marcas, la colcha de la cama con una mancha grande como una cabeza, puede que estuviese limpia, pero si hay una mancha así de grande que no sale… considero que deberían tirarlas, ya que da una imagen muy desagradable.
Encontramos polvo en un par de estanterías y quisimos realizar una consulta a la recepción desde el teléfono de la habitación y no figuraba qué número había que marcar.
Una habitación puede ser más o menos bonita, más o menos nueva, pero la limpieza y desinfección no puede faltar, y aquí han fallado.
Los pasillos, moqueta, se veía sucio, ya me avisaron de que había bajado la calidad pero no esperaba que fuera la limpieza en general.
Nos quedamos bastante decepcionados.

Habitacion sin ninguna pega, buen colchon, limpia y espaciosa, baño muy completo y amplio. Buena ubicacion, zona tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. Permiten acudir a spa anexo q es muy recomendable
Breakfasts are very good but lunches and dinners some days are good, others not so much. The pool closes too early and the evening show starts when people are having dinner and when you go to see it, it's already finishing. It would make more sense if it started when the dinner shift ends.
Desayunos muy bien pero comidas y cenas algunos dias bien, otros no tan bien. La piscina cierra demasiado pronto y el espectaculo nocturno comienza cuando la gente esta cenando y cuando vas a verlo, esta terminando. Lo logico seria q empezara cuando cierra el turno de cenas
