Aparcamiento cerca gratis, gimnasio pequeño pero suficiente y por 3€ podías usarlo 12h
Nuestra habitación estaba un poco descuidada, sucia y con humedades, y nos tocó justo encima del bar que hasta las 23h tuvimos la música dentro misma de la habitación.
La comida estaba rica, pero no había mucha variedad para escoger.
Nos encontramos una llave de una habitación en el suelo, y cuando fuimos a dejarla en recepción, la recepcionista que nos atendió fué muy maleducada.

El hotel está bien situado, cerca de la playa de Fenals y también del centro, pero no en pleno centro, que es donde están las discotecas y demás. Las instalaciones no están mal y, aunque en las habitaciones vendría bien una reforma, estaban bastante limpias. No se oía jaleo por la noche y el ambiente de la gente era bueno. Respetuosa en general. Aunque pone que es un hotel familiar, la gran mayoría de gente eran de viajes del IMSERSO y similar, españoles y franceses sobretodo. Se echó en falta algo de animación infantil para que también celebraran a su manera la Nochevieja. El bufet libre bastante bien. La comida era buena y variada.
El hotel no está mal, pero hay algunas cositas que se podrían mejorar. Por ejemplo, una de las habitaciones que nos tocó (íbamos en grupo) necesitaba un poco de mantenimiento. Las correderas del balcón no cerraban bien y el aire caliente no iba muy fino. Pasamos frío y no había ni una manta en el armario. Otra habitación, se abría por fuera sin necesidad de tarjeta. La puerta del baño quedaba abierta por debajo, con lo cual tienes muy poca intimidad, porque se oye todo y no tiene cerrojo. El sistema que usan para que se mantega caliente la comida, no va muy bien, con lo cual cuando llegas a la mesa está casi fría. Por no mencionar que nos encontramos algunas hormigas comiéndose uno de los postres. Nadie nos explicó dónde se pedía la bebida y creíamos que venían a tomar nota a la mesa. Al final, nos dimos cuenta y se nos enfrió la comida mientras hacíamos la cola. Los horarios que nos dijeron para comer solamente nos dejaban de margen 30 minutos y luego te sentías presionado para terminar cuanto antes, porque querían cerrar. Eso creo que no está nada bien y menos para celebrar la Nochevieja. También creo que hubiera alargar un poco el checkout, teniendo en cuenta que la fiesta duraba hasta las 3 h. No digo que lo hagan siempre, pero ese día hubiera sido un detalle que nos hubieran dejado la habitación hasta la hora de la comida al menos. La música de la fiesta de Nochevieja prácticamente toda era de entre los años 50 y 70. Muy poca variedad. De hecho varias canciones se repitieron. Y el personal en general parecía que estaba ahí por compromiso, con desgana, (excepto el recepcionista que nos atendió). Y, solo un comentario más, respecto a las 12 campanadas una observación. Si se hacen a través del personal del hotel creo que deberían apagar la tele, porque cuando ya habían llegado a la última en la Puerta del Sol todavía iban por la campanada 8 en la animación jajaja.

Ma chambre avait vue sur mer et etait tres bien agencée pour une famille de 6pers.
Le buffet est tres bon et plus raffiné que beaucoup d'autres hotels.
L'acces a la plage se fait facilement en 15min.
Finding a table at the restaurant: since no one people groups, everyone sits wherever they want, sometimes taking tables for 6 when they are only 2. As a result, everyone is crowded... and we were there in November: imagine how it must be in the summer!
L'organisation pour trouver une table au restaurant: comme personne ne place les groupes, chacun se met ou il veut prenant des fois des tables de 6 alors quils ne sont que 2. Resultat, tout le monde se marche sur les pieds... et nous y etion en novembre: qu'est ce que ca doit être en été!!

La recepcionista no sabía que teníamos una reserva, no nos encontraba en el sistema, en el comedor a la hora de la cena habían 3 turnos decidimos ir al último al de las 21:00 pues ya no quedaba casi de nada. Los camareros super bordes. El dia del Check out el personal de la limpieza entro sin tocar a la puerta y nos dijo se tienen que ir. Nos quedamos de piedra entrar sin tocar estábamos cambiándonos Pará salir . En fin un desastre!!
Hay mucha mala organización por parte de quiem lleve el comedor más que todo. Y en recepción estuvimos a poco de que nos fuéramos no nos encontraban. Menos mal lo teníamos todo. Más educación por parte del personal de limpieza y de los camareros
