Realmente nos llevamos una mala experiencia ya que él al llegar nos dijeron que ese no era el edificio y nos mandaron para otro lugar, en la foto era ese hotel pero nos dijeron que era el otro, el baño estaba con pelos de otros huéspedes el piso del cuarto estaba pegajoso, la comida muy limitada y resiclada una vergüenza, como si no nos diéramos cuenta de la calidad y de las cosas, una mañana había algo que se parecía a huevos revueltos de un aspecto muy extraño estaban adulterado para que rindiera más muy malo, le pedí huevos a la plancha y me conté que iba haber pero mañana, la verdad no me gustó para nada .
Si destaco la atención de una de las Barras que nos atendieron muy bien Iván y Nai excelente!!! Muy buena predisposición, la atención del comedor no todos pero gran parte de los camareros ni te responden a un buen día, lamentablez, la piscina nunca había lugar siempre estaban las reposeras reservadas y un día justo se fue una pareja y pudimos usar dos reposeras que estaban rotas incluso en apoyabrazos que estaba el posa vaso lo usaban de cenicero, una vergüenza.
Mejorar instalación, comida organizar tema piscina, limpieza muy pobre.
