Book the deal without ferry, and you’ll be booking accommodation only.
Ideal if you prefer to arrange your own transport (plane, another ferry company, etc.).

This holiday departs from Barcelona.
During the booking process, you’ll be able to check approximate ferry schedules.
With your travel documents, sent by email, you’ll receive all confirmed details about the departure and arrival ports.
For both outbound and return journeys, we recommend arriving at the port at least 2 hours before departure.
Important: ferry schedules may change. This is not common, but if it happens, we’ll inform you as soon as it’s confirmed.
Please note that the crossing is overnight, so you’ll arrive at the island in the morning.
Check-in is at midday. Until then, rooms and rest areas are not available, so we recommend planning ahead.

La ubicación del hotel a pie de playa de un lado y por la otra parte sobre la rambla en el centro, la atención del personal, limpieza, buffet variado tanto para desayunar, comer y cenar. Agradecemos el detalle que tuvieron por llegar pronto con el ferry por la mañana en darnos el desayuno y dejarnos usar las instalaciones ya que podíamos entrar a partir de las 14hs.
Faltarían algunas reformas en el hotel en general, por ejemplo el baño esta anticuado. Los colchones se hunden.
En el todo incluido las bebidas son de baja calidad. Los postres poco variados. Fuimos en abril pero si fuera en verano me hubiera gustado de postre helados. El parking al no disponer el hotel hay que buscarlo en los alrededores que son de gratis porque tampoco hay de pago. No quiero pensar en verano lo que costará encontrar sitio. En general la estancia ha sido muy buena y sin duda lo recomendamos y volveríamos a repetir aunque me gustaría que tengan en cuenta estos consejos.

Hotel Anba Romaní ha sido una experiencia muy positiva y sin duda lo recomendaría. Su ubicación es inmejorable, en primera línea de playa, con acceso al mar en menos de un minuto desde la piscina, algo perfecto para disfrutar al máximo de las vacaciones.
Lo mejor de todo, sin ninguna duda, es el personal. Quiero destacar especialmente a Manolo, Joan, Héctor y al responsable del comedor, que hacen que la estancia sea perfecta gracias a su trato cercano, profesional y siempre atentos a cualquier detalle. Aunque ellos merecen una mención especial, la realidad es que todo el equipo está de diez: desde recepción, pasando por limpieza, hasta camareros y resto de trabajadores.
La comida me pareció aceptable, variada y rica, con opciones para todos los gustos. Las piscinas también están muy bien cuidadas y son ideales para relajarse.
Como puntos a mejorar, diría que en las habitaciones se escucha bastante el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas, lo que resta algo de privacidad y descanso. También noté que el agua del spa tenía un olor algo desagradable. Además, eché en falta algo de animación en el hotel, especialmente siendo cliente habitual de la cadena, donde normalmente sí suelen ofrecerla.
Aun así, la experiencia general ha sido muy buena. Si vuelvo a la isla, sin duda será una de mis primeras opciones, igual que me ocurre con esta cadena en Canarias.

El hotel necesita una buena reforma ya. La habitación que nos tocó no podía ser más pequeña, incómoda y peor distribuida, en el baño no cabíamos los dos dentro a la vez, la cama pequeña e incómoda (colchón y almohadas muy blandos), y como anécdota, una noche mi pareja se sentó en la cama y una de las patas se desenroscó de su sitio, cayendo la cama por ese lado. Suerte que no nos ocurrió en mitad de la noche :) . Debo decir, eso sí, que en cuanto dimos parte del incidente subieron enseguida para arreglarlo, pero eso, que el hotel necesita mantenimiento y reformas urgentes. Otra cosa "curiosa" es que si dejas puesto el cartel de la puerta para que te hagan la habitación (es decir, por el lado que NO pone "no molesten") ese día no te hacen la habitación. Es la primera vez que me ocurre esto en un hotel, y tuvimos que bajar a decirlo a recepción, ya que al volver por la tarde nos encontramos la habitación sin hacer. También lo solucionaron rápido, eso sí. La limpieza podría ser más cuidadosa, se nota que van deprisa y en la ducha y el suelo de la habitación había pelos, y la cama la hacen más bien regular. Otro punto mejorable es el asunto del aparcamiento. No hay parking, y si ahora nos ha costado encontrar sitio, no quiero pensar cómo será en pleno verano. Tenedlo en cuenta si lleváis coche.
