Visit to Quinta da Boeira & Cruise on the 6 Bridges of Porto
Enhance your stay with two unforgettable experiences that combine culture, tradition, and iconic views of Porto.
Visit Quinta da Boeira, a unique space located inside the hotel where you can taste wines produced by local artisans while exploring historical replicas of ships and boats.
The visit is available from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 17:30 (closed on Sundays and Mondays).
To enjoy the winery visit, simply arrive at your preferred time within opening hours, state the name of the booking holder, and enjoy—no advance reservation required.
If you are travelling with children under 18, they are welcome to accompany adults, but wine tasting is not permitted for minors.
Complete your experience with a cruise on the Douro River, departing from the dock of the Rota do Douro company in Vila Nova de Gaia.
The cruise lasts approximately 50 minutes, with schedules depending on the season:
- High season (April to September): from 10:00 to 18:30
- Low season (October to March): from 10:00 to 16:00
Please note that the activity may not be available on public holidays.
Upon arrival at the hotel, you will receive a ticket granting access to the cruise. With this ticket, go directly to the departure dock whenever you prefer—no advance booking is required.
Departures take place every 30 minutes. If the boat is full upon arrival, you can simply board the next departure.
During the cruise, discover the history of Porto’s iconic bridges: Ponte Dom Luís I, Ponte do Infante, Ponte Maria Pia, Ponte São João, Ponte do Freixo, and Ponte da Arrábida. Enjoy one of the city’s most spectacular panoramic views—an experience not to be missed.
Important: The cruise does not operate on December 25th due to a public holiday. If your booking includes this date, please plan the activity for another day.
