Excellent hotel on a perfect location. Close to the old town of Tossa de Mar and almost right in front of the busstation.
Lovely staff, good breakfast, nice pool, elevator modern, basic rooms but everything was well maintained. Nothing to complain about.

The air conditioning makes a dreadful noise so it is impossible to sleep with it on; you have to sleep with the windows open and you hear the noise from the supermarket, the petrol station and the bus station that is next to the hotel.
Cleaning leaves much to be desired; there was a tablet from previous guests in a corner of the room for the five days we stayed.
They did not change the sheets even though they smelled bad because we were sweating from sleeping with the windows open in the middle of August.
Moving on to the buffet, there was no healthy option; it consisted of ordinary and wholemeal sliced bread, two types of industrial pastries (awful) and baked beans, bacon, salad, fried and boiled eggs, turkey, ham and cheese. There was no fruit or yoghurt.
The dining room is small and when they had to open the second dining room you had to go and collect your food and set your own table.
The staff were quite unfriendly.
Quite far from the beach and car park was dreadful; with luck we found a dirt car park for €10 a day.
We will certainly not return.

El aire acondicionado hace un ruido espantoso por lo que es imposible dormir con el, tienes que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y escuchas los ruidos del supermercado, de la gasolinera y de la estación de autobuses que tienes pegado al hotel.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear, hubo una pastilla de los huéspedes anteriores en una esquina de la habitación los 5 días que estuvimos.
No nos cambiaron las sábanas pese a que olían mal debido al sudor que emitíamos por dormir con las ventanas abiertas en pleno agosto.
Seguimos con el bufet, no había opción saludable, se basaba en pan de molde normal e integral, dos tipos de bollería industrial( malísimo) y frijoles, bacon, ensalada, huevos fritos y cocidos,pavo jamón York y queso. No había fruta ni yogures.
El comedor pequeño y cuando tenían que habilitar el segundo comedor tenías que subir a por la comida y montarte la mesa
El personal era bastante antipático.
Bastante lejos de la playa y aparcamiento horrible, con suerte encontramos un parking de tierra por 10 euros el día
