La estancia en el hotel, aunque breve, ha sido estupenda. La habitación muy espaciosa, con vistas inmejorables al Parque Natural del Moncayo, baño grandísimo, camas y almohadas muy cómodas, temperatura de la habitación muy confortable.

La habitación es enorme y el baño.El recepcionista de la tarde y la cocinera de la mañana encantadores.
I called the hotel reception to see if I could check in before 14:00h., they said yes very kindly and I arrived at 12:30 and they told me they were sorry and that I couldn't go up, that in half an hour we went for a coffee to pass the time and after half an hour we tried to go up and he told us in a very serious way that the check-in was at 2 and that I couldn't because the room was not yet cleaned. ... Llamé a la recepción del hotel a ver si podía hacer el check in antes de las 14:00, me dijeron que si super amable y llegué a las 12:30 y me dijeron que lo sentían y que no podía subir que en media hora y fuimos a tomar un café para hacer tiempo y a la media hora intentamos subir y nos dijo de forma ya muy seria que el check in lo tenía a las 14 y que no podía que aún no estaba limpia la habitación. ........ Es decir perdí toda la mañana y ya no pude hacer ninguna actividad y tuvimos que ir a comer.Si me hubieran dicho desde el minuto 1 que no, hubiera ido directamente por la tarde.
