Disfrutamos de un finde semana agradable, se cumplieron nuestras expectativas, en el hotel nos encontramos muy a gusto, la tv no funcionaba a la llegada, pero rápidamente nos pusieron otra, que casi no usamos, el desayuno fue estupendo. El crucero fue un poco aburrido pero disfrutamos las vistas, la visita a la bodega fue regular súper lejos del hotel y tiene muuuuy poco que ver, el vino degustación muy rico, deverian arreglar la zona de exposición de barcos que nos recomendaron visitar, llena de humedades, lo mejor la recomendación que nos hizo la empleada para ir a comer una francesinha, cerca de la bodega. IMPRESIONANTE, el viaje en su conjunto le ponemos un 8

El Hotel es muy bonito las habitaciones están muy bien las camas y en general todo muy limpio, el TV un poco antiguo pero aceptable nos ha encantado el desayuno algunos días variaban las comidas calientes, variedad de panes, el café no es muy bueno pero en general súper bien y buena atención, es verdad que para ser un Hotel 4 estrellas, algunos servicios se quedan cortos como por ejemplo no tiene lavandería gratuita, sino que es un servicio extra. Nos pareció muy bien la ubicación aunque no está en pleno centro. Tienes paradas de autobuses frente al Hotel e incluso un estanco para comprar los pasajes de bus, unos 15 minutos del centro o incluso menos, y unos 30 minutos andando hasta el centro, justo porque es una zona tranquila.
También nos gustó mucho el paseo en barco por el río, una experiencia muy bonita, sin tener que hacer filas ni larga espera ni nada.
Lo único que no nos gustó en absoluto, ha sido la supuesta cata de vinos, eso es una simple tienda con algunos barriles, bonito, pero realmente cutre, deberían cambiar la experiencia por algo mejor o simplemente eliminarla del paquete, no duras ni 10 minutos haciendo el recorrido y al final te dan dos dedos de par de vinos y te ofrecen comprar sus productos, está alejado del hotel no vale la pena esta experiencia deberían cambiarla o quitarla.

Hotel perfecto, habitaciones grandes con cama grande, te da la sensación de estar en una gran suit. Baño grande bonito y limpio. Personal muy amable y educados.
Te dejan 1 litro de agua todos los días como cortesía.

Our room overlooked a side with more traffic and being close to two hospitals we could hear the sirens somewhat exaggerated.
