El desayuno lo único destacable
La comida, las sobras de la comida para la cena.
La cena, lo mejor la ensalada que se prepara uno mismo.
Las instalaciones en obras, los ascensores con 4 personas no podían y te tenias que bajar para que funcionarán. Antes cuando era palm beach ibas agusto, ahora dejan entrar con animales. Que en la habitación de al lado solo hacía que ladrar un boxer..

Las instalaciones están muy bien igual que el comedor y la comida que tienen en el buffet, la animación por la noche esta chula también. El hotel en sí es muy bueno, aunque echo en falta mas mantenimiento en general, hay sitios donde se le notan los años, sobre todo en ventanas y pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones. Entraba frío y lluvia por las mismas y habían puesto mantas en alguna zona para que empapase el agua que entraba.
La atención con la mascota muy bien sobre todo la organización de la limpieza de la habitación cuando sacamos a la mascota. Todos son muy agradables y cariñosos te hacen sentir agusto.
Las almohadas son de papel, solo hay una aunque hay cojines. Los ascensores insuficientes para tanta gente en momentos puntuales. Sobre todo muy pequeños ya que solo son para 300kg, apenas caben un par de maletas con 2 personas. El WC muy pequeño para tener inodoro y bidet. En mi habituación apenas queda sitio para sentarte al lado del lavabo y que te quepan las rodillas. Sobraba uno de los dos o cambiar la organización de lavabo, bidet e inodoro.

La ubicación aun estando a 10 min de la playa se encuentra en lo alto..

Se encuentra en la ladera de la montaña, así que la vuelta es un paseo con desnivel de unos 15’

Estuve en septiembre y el hotel era estupendo.pero en este viaje,era era todo caótico.
Él último día que teníamos que salir a las 12 , nos llamaron a la puerta 4 veces para que nos fuéramos. La comida regular y muchas personas. Colas para todo.y todas las noches caraoque. Nada fuera de un hotel de dos estrellas. He quedado muy decepcionada. No volveré a repetir.

El agua de la piscina climátizada bastante fría, la botella de vino que cuesta PvP 2'50 se vende a 19 euros, algo excesivo creo yo. Ascensores pocos y claustrofóbicos, para 3 personas solo.

El autobús gratuitas y las vistas lo mejor.
Hotel que necesita un reforma en lavabos. Pocos ascensores, había grandes colas de espera para poder subir en ascensor. Limpieza justita. El agua de la piscina cubierta estaba fría y la sauna no funcionaba. Personal muy amable.

La comida espectacular y la limpieza de las habitaciones.
La sauna estuvo estropeada durante los tres días (una pena, porque fue una de las razones mas poderosas para reservar), el personal sin conocimiento para hacer alguna ruta por la zona que no fuese a la ciudad y algunos clientes ingleses que beben con botellas de vidrio en la piscina o dejan sin supervisión alguna a menores en la piscina, aparte de tirar latas de cerveza en los ascensores.

El hotel está situado alejado de la playa y otras zonas cèntricas. Una media hora andando, a un ritmo normal, de la playa más cercana.
