El hotel una maravilla totalmente reformado . El baño con una gran ducha espectacular . Grande con secador , camas súper cómodas con sofá y gran tele, con moqueta limpia en la habitación . A media hora del aeropuerto en taxi
Lejos de los puntos de encuentro de excursiones íbamos en taxis porque en la zona donde estaba difícil trajiste de bus ( el fin de semana hay menos) lejos del centro para ir andando y muy lejos del metro o tranvía es lo único malo, lo bueno es q los taxis son baratos para 4p en lisboa . Mas cerca de la estación del tren y cercanías para moverse al aeropuerto o excursiones de interés

El trato del personal. La ubicación, está bastante cerca del centro y hay autobuses próximos.
Ojo! Nos cobraron 28€ por unas gominolas, unas oreo y unas pringles pequeñas que estaban encima de la mesa a la llegada y creímos que era un detalle de bienvenida por ir con tres niños. Las habitaciones no me parecen de un cuatro estrellas y comparándolos con otros como los HF que ofertáis desde BuscoUnChollo nada que ver.

En la web decían que tenían parking en el hotel, pero no es así. El parking es uno público a unos 200 metros del hotel y hay que reservarlo a través de el uso de una aplicación que hay que descargarse al teléfono móvil.

El hotel es un 4⭐️ en comparación con otros, le sobra una.
Habitación y baño amplios con temperatura muy agradable.
Me gustó la atención que tuvo con nosotros en los desayunos un chico jovencito y delgado,no sé su nombre.
Respecto al resto nada importante que destacar.
Planta quinta según salias del ascensor había un olor muy malo entre tubería y vómito,lo dijimos pero no se solucionó.
La habitación es muy oscura le faltan punto de luz más intensa. Por la ventana entra muy poca luz natural.
El servicio de limpieza mal de 4 noches 2 de ellas la cama estaba por dentro sin hacer,es decir el nórdico estirado pero las sábanas todas arrugadas, algo que odio enormemente con lo cual me hacía yo la cama antes de acostarme.Confusiones en tamaños de toallas. Pelos sin barrer,el gel de ducha se término y no lo repusieron se les olvidó con lo cual tuve que bajar a recepción a pedirlo y digo bajar porque en el teléfono no te indica el número de recepción para llamar,me recompensaron con dos consumiciones del mini bar que el día de salida me cargaron el importe en cuenta,(aún entregando la invitación)tuve que llamar para solucionarlo.

Aunque no está céntrico, en coche o transporte público es de fácil acceso.
El buffet es variado.
Todo alrededor del hotel, es una zona alta de rotación de vehículos de pago. Zona roja.
En nuestra habitación (no sabemos el resto): La ducha tiene un rociador de ducha, que no tiene combinación o botón para que el agua salga por arriba. Además, la alcachofa, tiene un soporte para sostenerse que está demasiado bajo. Y la mampara es demasiado corta, con lo el agua llega hasta la puerta tras ducharse.
