Zonas comunes amplias y bonitas. Personal de recepción, camareros y limpieza muy amables. 4 ascensores funcionando. Cercanía con la playa.
Mejorar los colchones, son malísimos, están muy usados, están hundidos y blandos. La habitación olía muchísimo a tuberías del baño. El baño muy antiguo, bañera muy viena, crujía a cada paso. La alcachofa de la ducha muy pequeña y salía poquísima agua. En general habría que hacer una remodelación a las habitaciones en general. Comida poco variada y no muy buena. La piscina ya estaba cerrada.

Tenía muy buenas vistas la habitación al mar y al coto de Doñana y el hotel estaba muy próximo a la playa .
Las bebidas estaban incluidas en el buffet lo que no suele ser frecuente y además buena variedad y buenas marcas
Creo que tenían poco personal en cafetería y tardaban mucho en atenderte a la hora del café por la tarde y en los espectáculos de por la noche.

Lo que más nos ha gustado del hotel, la terraza del quinto cielo, es ESPECTACULAR, vistas maravillosas
Por nuestra experiencia… las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, no son propias de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Nosotros teníamos una habitación triple , la cama supletoria que nos pusieron era un sofá cama, que tenía un colchón de espuma de 10 cm y era como dormir sobre los hierros del somier , terminamos con el colchón en el suelo. Y de la cortina de la bañera, mejor ni hablar. Otra cosa que no nos ha gustado ha sido la limpieza del comedor, el suelo muy sucio, platos sucios, migas en las sillas, los tapetes de la mesa con manchas y comida incrustada.... No repetiremos

Mejoraría el buffet al completo y algunos de los trabajadores, ya que hay camareros que atienden muy mal y con poca experiencia alcliente. Nosotros estuvimos hace 2 años y el personal tenía mas educación y cuidado con el cliente.

La animación del hotel está dividida en muchos rangos de edad y permite a los nenes estar con niños de su edad. La comida del restaurante está muy bien y es variada.
Las habitaciones triples son una doble con sofá cama. El "colchón" de ese sofá es muy fino ( una gomaespuma) y se siente todas las lamas del somier. Para niños muy pequeños puede pasar, pero es muy incómodo para adultos.

La ubicación está bien ,para mi gusto por la noche las calles del paseo marítimo al hotel pocos iluminadas o en alguna casi nada ,teníamos que ir con las linternas del mobil, los apartamentos muy mal,y si lo pones en el parking del hotel son 15 euros por día una pasada, la comida es regular, ha bajado mucho la calidad respecto a otra vez que fui, comida muy repetitiva, lo que lo salva es la cervezas y tintos verano,los que quiera tomarte,en fin, no le doy el notable por la comida y el parking.

Es el quinto año consecutivo que elegimos este hotel para disfrutar de unos días de descanso y disfrute en familia. Cómo novedad este verano han incluido las bebidas (agua, refrescos, cerveza y vino) en la PC, sin duda todo un acierto.
Todo el personal es estupendo: equipo de animación (son lo más, cada año se superan), personal de limpieza (encantadoras), socorrista, recepción, mantenimiento camareras/os, cocineras/os, dependientas de la tienda de souvenirs... Sin duda un equipo humano de 10 que son los que hacen realmente agradable la estancia allí.
La situación junto al Parque Doñana y prácticamente en primera línea de su maravillosa playa son un plus.
Es un hotel muy familiar que poco a poco va introduciendo mejoras que valoramos enormemente. Volveremos
El aire acondicionado sonaba mucho y sería conveniente renovar los baños de las habitaciones en las que aún no se ha hecho (la bañera por ejemplo tenía signos evidentes de deterioro) pero me reitero en que somos conscientes de que están haciendo un enorme esfuerzo por introducir mejoras y se nota.

Buen hotel 4 estrellas, como la mayoría de hoteles faltaría renovar algunas cosas un poquito pero en general ha sido una estancia agradable y lo mejor de todo ha sido el horario de comidas y la facilidad para llegar y sentarte sin tener que esperar en ninguna de las ocasiones. Si consigues una buena oferta el hotel es buena elección.
As a negative point, the pool is small for the number of guests the hotel has, the bathroom in the room needs a bit of renovation, and the terrace was very old and had ants on the 3rd floor.
Como punto negativo la piscina es pequeña para el número de clientes que tiene el hotel, habría que renovar un poco el aseo de la habitación y la terraza estaba muy vieja y con hormigas en un 3º piso.

En general todo está bastante bien, comida variada , con días con temáticas de países en los que cambian la comida en relación al país, muy buena iniciativa, nos gustó bastante eso. Otra de las cosas que nos gustó es que las bebidas estaban todas incluidas e ilimitadas en las comidas y cenas.Ubicación bastante buena. Personal en general bastante amable, actuaciones nocturnas variadas para niños y adultos dependiendo del día.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación enfría más bien poco.

Este año las habitaciones estaban debajo del bar de la quinta planta y cuando recogían arrastraban mobiliario y hacían mucho ruido a la 1:00 y interrupiendo el sueño La comida lo esperado pero el tema filetes pescado a la plancha demasiado hecho estando seco y lis precios de las copas muy elevado.
