Lo más bonito los jardines,el hotel muy deteriorado,poco mantenido y limpieza muy básica,rincones sucios y con telas de araña, aún así el personal muy agradable y el buffet bastante bien,no muy grande lo cual agradezco,y aun así es válida y bueno.
El spa creí que lo teníamos incluido,pero no era así,y tuvimos que pagar cada día q entrábamos,aunque es verdad q nos hicieron buen precio,esta muy caro, creo que deberían ser más claros cuando te vas a un hotel con spa a la hora de.contratar aunque tengas q pagar más desde el principio y no encontrarte con la sorpresa de.que es aparte del todo incluido,porque si cogimos este.hotl feu básicamente porque tenía spa.Ademas al hotel le hace.falta un buen lavado de cara,pintura,baños.Los snaks solo habían sándwiches, y si querías unas papas también las tenías que.pagar, en fin no es un todo incluido como los que.hay en el mediterráneo.

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien cuidadas, y además tienen servicios de tours, cajero, mini tienda en el mismo hotel. El personal muy majo y atento.
El aparcamiento es de pago y complicado de aparcar por la zona, la limpieza de las habitaciones es un poco escueta y la comida debería ser más variada ya que estamos en España y se lleva la dieta mediterránea

El personal súper atentos, la ubicación a las afueras sin ruidos y zona muy tranquila, bus gratuito al pueblo/hotel en la puerta del hotel, aunque yo aconsejo alquilar tu propio coche para moverte libremente por la isla, la piscina, el spa, las habitaciones muy amplias necesitarían una reforma más modernas pero cumplen con toda las comodidades, las vistas desde el comedor son espectaculares
La comida había poca variedad que yo lo entiendo porque el hotel estaba a un 40% de ocupación, la animación nocturna era escasa y poco participativa por el cliente
Por ejemplo algo de disco hubiera estado muy bien y no tener al cliente sentado viendo el espectáculo

Elegí este hotel porque quería descansar después de una situación familiar bastante estresante, para eso está muy bien, no hay prácticamente nada por los alrededores del hotel así que la tranquilidad está garantizada. El personal es súper amable desde la recepción hasta los camareros y los encargados de la animación. La comida está muy bien, los desayunos muy variados y demás comidas también buenas, las instalaciones cuentan con hamacas y mesas y sillas para la piscina y zonas cercanas al bar de piscina con lo cual puedes tomar cualquier tipo de bebidas en cualquier momento, yo fui con todo incluido así que por ese lado sin problema. La estancia fue bastante grata.
Hay que mejorar bastante el mobiliario de las habitaciones que necesitan bastante mantenimiento al igual que las barandillas de los balcones. Indudablemente en eso no es un hotel 4 estrellas.

Fui un poco dudosa por tantos comentarios negativos, pero todo bien quizá en otros buffet hay más variedad de comida pero para uno días está bien, habitación un poco “viejas” pero todo muy limpio que es lo importante.
