El Hotel, la Atención y el servicio que recibí muy bueno como esperas en una cadena como Meliá hoteles.
Ojito con los gastos de mini Bar.
Te piden la tarjeta de crédito cuando entras en el Hotel y cuando sales del Hotel a los dos días te pasan un gasto de minibar que tú no has consumido 4€ (no sé si será una práctica habitual al ser un gasto tan mínimo) y ellos te dicen que es de una empresa ajena al Hotel, pero te lo pasan y te lo cobran ellos.Pero el hecho es que yo llame y me dijo de que era por una bolsa de cacahuetes cuando yo les había dicho que yo no había consumido nada., conclusión, le dije de que lo mismo que me habían pasado cuatro euros, me podían haber pasado 40€ o lo que les hubiese dado la gana,porque me encuentro con la indefensión entre mi palabra y la suya. Que me da lo mismo, porque son cuatro euros, pero es el hecho. y lo peorla duda si esto será una práctica habitual.

Tanto en recepción, animación, restaurante y camareras de pisos, fue un trato muy bueno y eficiente, algo que sorprende en un hotel tan grande.
La comida del buffet, leyendo malas críticas..., fue más que aceptable, teniendo en cuenta que daban de comer a 655 personas que es su capacidad, algunos platos estrella hechos en ese mismo momento en plancha muy buenos, y otros muchos de batalla, ya que hay mucha familia con niños y es lo que se le demanda
Rapidez, eficiencia y el producto está más que acorde al precio que se paga
Reponen en cuanto se agotan productos, y hay bastante variedad a elegir, también en postres
El único problema son los kilos demás que te llevas, por querer probarlo todo
Nos sorprendió, que hubiera también animación y un espectáculo nocturno muy digno y divertido
