Hotel con encanto, las habitaciones son amplias y bonitas. Las salas comunes con mucho estilo. El personal es muy atento, amable y dispuesto a que pases una estancia agradable. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. El Spa está muy bien.

Lo que mas ha sido la ubicación. Cerca de Andorra pero fuera del bullicio
La temperatura del agua del SPA es baja. Tanto la piscina como el jacuzzi exterior
La iluminación de la zona de relax del SPA es demasiado alta.
Las habitaciones y las instalaciones están bastante anticuadas.
El colchón y las almohadas son incómodas.
El desayuno es correcto pero no está a la altura de lo que debería ser un hotel de estas características.

Necesita mejorar mucho el tema de la bañera, no tiene ni teléfono de ducha, solo una mini piña pegada a la pared, muy incomodo todo para la ducha.
Otra cosa a mejorar es la señal de wifi, llega poquiiisimo a las habitaciones, prácticamente no se puede navegar por internet!!!!!

Ha sido maravilloso. Las habitaciones acogedoras, el spa completo con jacuzzi al aire libre, sitio para aparcar, a 15 minutos andando de la Seu d'Urgell...
Supongo que porque era temporada alta, pero el spa se quedaba un poco pequeño y tenías que esperar para entrar en la sauna en algunos momentos.

Estancia fantástica!! Desde el primer momento el personal de recepción atento y muy amable. Incluso, nos acompañaron a la habitación. Disponen de muchos servicios incluidos en tu estancia, como piscina climatizada, spa en la terraza exterior, saunas, etc. Además, de un gimnasio pequeño pero con máquinas excelentes. Y lo más importante, un personal tanto de limpieza como de restaurante impecable. Atentos a todo y siempre preguntando si nos falta algo. Sin duda unos de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado!!!
