No nos dieron la habitación reservada ni la copa de bienvenida. Grifería tan antigua que se rompía la ducha.

Estancia muy agradable en El Castell Ciutat. Viajamos con dos border collies de más de 20 kg y poder alojarnos con ellos en un hotel tan bonito y cuidado ha sido un auténtico lujo.
Instalaciones preciosas, desayuno con productos de muy buena calidad y una piscina de spa espectacular con vistas a las montañas nevadas, sin duda la joya del hotel.

El hotel es espectacular, super tranquilo y limpio. El personal muy amable y el desayuno estaba riquísimo, todos los productos eran de calidad. El spa está bastante bien.
El spa aunque las instalaciones están bien, el día que fuimos había bastante gente y era imposible estar en el jacuzzi exterior. Está bien que puedas ir cuando quieras, pero el tema del jacuzzi debería estar un poco regulado ya que hay personas que no tienen el sentido común de que otras personas también quieran disfrutar y se adueñaban del espacio. Para mi gusto, la piscina interior estaba un poco fría.

La experiencia fue única, desde que llegamos unas vistas espectaculares, el trato del personal de 10. Cada noche nos dejaban unos bombones de obsequio en la puerta con una nota de buenas noches. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos, increíble.
El desayuno riquísimo, variedad de todo, hasta una zona sin gluten. El spa increíble, siempre había quien nos recibía amablemente.
No considero que haya nada importante por mejorar, pero como hay personas más quisquillosas. ..Quizás el detalle de servir la copa de champán de bienvenida que iba incluida, ya que hay personas que tener que pedirla le da pena, en mi caso no le di relevancia.
En mi habitación no habían chanclas que según entendí, las ponían a disposición junto con los albornoces, pero bueno yo traía las mías, así que no me importó.
Solo es una sugerencia para cuando den con personas que si le importan estos detalles.

El encanto y calidad de todo el hotel, la chica de recepción, al menos la que nos atendió a la llegada, la limpieza de todas las zonas, es un lugar muy bonito y lleno de detalles.
La insonorización de ciertas zonas de la habitación (baño), y que permitan cargar bebidas solo dando el número de habitación, sin comprobar ni firmar los tickets, a nosotros nos cargaron 4 bebidas y nunca nos devolvieron el importe, ni se preocuparon por la situación. El spá está bien, algunas zonas a mejorar, pero el personal es exquisito.

El hotel tiene todo lujo de detalles y las habitaciones son muy amplias. El personal es muy amable y atento.
El "chollo" se ofrece como un plan con spa, pero la verdad es que este no está bien: solo tiene una piscina interior normal con el agua fría, un jacuzzi exterior que con este frío es casi imposible de utilizar, una sauna y un baño de vapor; es decir, realmente solo puedes utilizar estas dos últimas cosas. Además, cuando hay mucha gente está todo bastante sucio y no hay control. El hotel es una maravilla, pero no puede venderse como si el spa fuese lo principal porque no es así.
