Personal muy amable. El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno y nos encantó el desayuno, que tiene una parte de buffet y una de atención personalizada. El Spa nos gustó, pequeño, pero muy agradable. El hotel está en la zona amurallada , muy céntrico. Pudimos aparcar cerca y bien, pero era en diciembre y entre semana. Buena experiencia.
La habitación 27 era abuardillada y no recomendable a personas de más de 180 cm.

La tranquilidad del alojamiento y mención especial a la comida. Tanto el desayuno como la cena han sido espectaculares y el servicio del restaurante muy atento.
Faltan colgadores tanto en el baño como en la habitación, así como algún mueble dónde poder dejar cosas, escribir, etc.
También sería de agradecer disponer de un espejo de aumento en el baño . Los vasos de papel en el baño no están a la altura del hotel.
Un detalle de bienvenida sería disponer en la habitación de una cafetera con cafés o una jarra para calentar agua y hacerse una infusión.

El hotel es magnífico con una decoración muy cuidada. La comida es excelente. Está situado en el corazón del barrio antiguo de Altafulla.
I would appreciate a bar/café service, or at least a vending machine for drinks. There were no chairs or armchairs in our room. It would be advisable to have a couple of small armchairs, as the hotel does not have any freely accessible lounge area (except for the reading area with only two armchairs).
Agradecería un servicio de bar/cafeteria, o al menos una máquina expendedora de bebidas. En nuestra habitación no había ninguna silla o sillón para sentarse. Sería recomendable disponer de una par de silloncitos, dado que el hotel no dispone de ninguna sala de libre acceso (excepto la zona de lectura con sòlo dos sillones).

Ha sido un fin de semana genial. El hotel magnífico, el desayuno buenísimo, el spa pequeñito pero cumple con su función. La cena buena y copiosa, el pueblo de Altafulla es precioso y al día siguiente paseo por la playa con ese magnífico sol del otoño tardío.
