Tranquilidad del hotel, solo pasamos un día, disfrutamos del Spa, no muy grande , pero suficiente y bien para una escapada romántica.
Se necesita coche para bajar al pueblo, son 7 minutos más o menos y se hecha de menos que a los hospedados no le dejen un albornoz para ir al spa y modernizar taquillas del Spa.

Poco he disfrutado en cuanto a todo lo relativo a mi estancia, lo único el plato principal de la cena, el primero fue el mismo las tres noches.
Mejor situación en la localidad de una estancia, en cuanto al spa mucho que desear en la zona Termal, mal funcionamiento de muchas zonas, olor insoportable en los vestuarios, precios abusivos de hostelería dando por hecho que no podías moverte del sitio salvo ir a Guimaraes a una distancia considerable y por vías no aptas para el camino.

Habitaciones correctas, con un buen baño. Cama cómoda. Desayuno bastante completo. Tiene un buen aparcamiento exterior gratuito. Muy tranquilo en cuanto a ruidos del exterior.
Lo mejor es la relación calidad precio.
El spa necesita mantenimiento. Muchos chorros no funcionan. Los vestuarios necesitan mejoras también. Las habitaciones no están bien aisladas acústicamente, se escucha demasiado las habitaciones contiguas. No dan albornoz para el spa con la reserva, hay que pagarlo aparte.
El hotel está algo alejado del centro.

La cena de la media pensión era repetida los dos días, el mismo pescado y la carne cambió de secreto a lomo pero con el mismo acompañamiento, el postre del último día era fruta o pudin, no habia ningún tipo de bebida incluída y eso no figura en la reserva.

Nos ha gustado que el hotel disponga de plazas de aparcamiento suficientes y sin coste adicional. El sitio es tranquilo y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno variado y delicioso.
En el spa no funcionaban la mitad de los servicios. De dos saunas solo se podía acceder a una y no hacía calor ya que no estaba bien aislada. En la zona de chorros,solo funcionaban la mitad,teniendo que esperar para poder usarlos.

El personal deja bastante que desear. He leído buenas opiniones del personal y no lo entiendo. Pasan de todo y no proporcionan información. La cena de media pensión mala y se notaba que eran unos cutres. Creo que ponen estas ofertas xq realmente no tienen gente ya que el hotel está mal situado pero si ofreces unos "chollos" deberías cumplir con lo ofrecido y no ser después un tacaño.

Me ha gustado que tiene bastantes servicios en cuanto al spa, piscinas, gimnasio, canchas de tenis.y el trato de todo el personal es de 10/10

The truth is that this is a detail that they should clarify because in other holidays that I have taken with the app, which are also Full Board, everything is **included**. It is true that it can be annoying because it is a great deal, but a considerable amount has been paid to provide all services, and to find out that there are no drinks included at all leaves a bad taste in your mouth."
El hotel es 4* pero la verdad da la sensación de abandono pues hay muchas zonas del hotel donde el mobiliario está viejo o eq; creo que para ser un hotel de 4* se deberían mejorar cosas. La comida estaba en cuanto a sazón deliciosa pero en ocasiónes se repetía mucho las entradas. OJO!! Un detalle que no te ponen en el chollo que me parece súper importante es que, he comprado la pensión completa y no te dicen en ningún momento que no vienen las bebidas, la verdad que es un detalle que tienen que aclarar por qué los demás viajes que he realizado con la aplicación que también son de pensión completa, está todo incluido y es verdad que incordia un poco por qué es verdad que es un chollo pero se ha pagado una suma considerable para que te brinden todos los servicios y qué te salgan con que no tiene ningún tipo de bebida incluida pues te deja un sin sabor.
