The boat ride with very limited timetables, we could not enjoy the access to the elevator of Santa Justa, Bica, Lavra and Gloria per person because they are closed and book 1 tram ticket (24 h) per person and booking is only possible to redeem it for the buses of the same company as the boat ride, company that I do not recommend (do not provide information to travellers, each of the workers tell you one thing and do not give you valuable or clear information about the activities) so we could not enjoy it either.

El paseo en barco con horarios muy limitados te parte la mañana y/o la tarde, no pudimos disfrutar del Acceso al elevador de Santa Justa, Bica, Lavra y Gloria por persona ya que se encuentran cerrados y reserva 1 billete de tranvía (24 h) por persona y reserva solo es posible canjearlo por los autobuses de la misma compañía que la del paseo en barco, empresa que tampoco recomiendo (no facilitan información al viajero, cada uno de los trabajadores te dicen una cosa y para nada te dan información valiosa o clara de las actividades) por lo que tampoco pudimos disfrutarlo

Nos ha gustado mucho la habitación que era bastante grande. Las camas eran súper cómodas y las sábanas muy suaves. La habitación disponía de productos básicos de cortesía, pero también había zapatillas, pañuelos, crema corporal, una cafetera con dos tazitas, vasos y más cosas. Cada día nos reponían café, azúcar y leche condensada. Los desayunos eran muy ricos y había mucha variedad de cositas, los pasteles caseros y fruta de temporada. La habitación es amplia, moderna y el servicio de limpieza es correctísimo.
Ofrecen dos pequeñas botellas de agua como detalle además de infusiones.

In this regard, Yellow would be rated a 5 out of 10 for lack of information and poor customer service.

Mi recomendación es activar el abono, que debe iniciarse con el crucero, en el momento en que vaya disfrutarse de ese paseo.
Igualmente, si bien uno de los técnicos de Yellow nos atendió educadamente (aunque con prisas, no nos dejó hacer preguntas), el segundo nos tuvo esperando 4 minutos (de reloj) mientras mantenía una conversación telefónica personal (el contenido de la conversación era muy claro).
