El hotel y su decoración fue muy lindo y acogedor. La habitación muy cómoda, y generalmente limpia.
El personal fue bastante amigable. Me gustaría destacar que un señor trabajando en recepción con chaqueta verde nos dio pautas y recomendaciones de cómo desplazarnos por la ciudad, lo cual fue bastante útil tener en cuenta.
También me gustaría destacar una señorita con lentes que nos atendió en una cena. También fue super amable y atenta.
El profesionalismo de éstos individuos fueron admirables, y estamos muy agradecidos por ello.
Este hotel no cumple con los parámetros de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, y me apena quienes han pagado precio completo.
El vidrio de la ducha aún tenía el nombre del último habitante y el mármol aún tenía marcas de las medidas utilizadas para medirlo. Los jabones y shampoo de aseos nunca fueron recargados pese a solicitarlo, y es estándar de la limpieza revisar dichos detalles y mantenerlos funcional.
Mi último día encontré un pan con moho en el bufet de desayuno, y no sé retiró por completo la bandeja para reponerla, únicamente las piezas que se encontraron afectadas.

Habitaciones preciosas con unos detalles muy cuidados, todo de madera con una habitación muy amplia y muy limpia. El desayuno magnífico con una gran variedad de comida.
El personal del hotel deja mucho que desear. Excepto un chico que suele estar por las mañanas todas las chicas con las que coincidimos evitaban atenderte e incluso agachaban la cabeza al entrar al hotel.

El hotel está muy bien conectado por bus y metro tiene paradas cerca de las principales lineas de metro y bus, la linea E que sale del aeropuerto y su ultima parada en el Estadio do Dragao es la mas cercana al hotel, las lineas de buses 404, 401, 305 que te dejan en el mercado de Bolhao y en Trindade. pero lo mejor es que está en una zona tranquila para los que buscan zonas poco saturadas de turistas y del tráfico del centro de Oporto, tambien se encuentra cerca del Centro Comercial Alameda que abre hasta las 23:00

El desayuno era fabuloso, con cosas típicas de Portugal y gran calidad de los productos. Eran lo justo para que tomaras un buen desayuno y al final del día no tiraran comida. La bollería exquisita, de fabricación casera. El personal de la cafetería impecable, súper amables y súper atentos Las habitaciones bien equipadas, por lo menos la que nos tocó a nosotros. Solo que se cayó un colgador de la toalla y no nos lo arreglaron hasta el segundo día…..😅 creo que porque lo acaban de renovar y aún no está todo comprobado

Y dos días no nos hicieron la limpieza, cuando llegamos al Hotel por la tarde todavía estaba en la habitación sin hacer, de hecho uno de los días, nuestra llave no abría la habitación. Pienso que creían que nos íbamos , y nos quedaban todavía dos noches…😰
Lo peor no es eso, porque un error lo comete cualquiera, pero es que no nos dijeron ni siquiera lo siento el personal de la recepción deja mucho que desear exceptuando dos chicos que había uno con barba y otro con gafas. Esos si eran profesionales, pero el resto Eran unas inexpertas y no muy acostumbradas a resolver contingencias de este tipo sí
