Las zonas comunes del hotel son espectaculares, mucho estilismo, modernas, espacios amplios pero acogedores. Las seis piscinas muy chulas aunque con poca profundidad, camas balinesas...todo muy limpio y cuidado.
El desayuno buffet de desayuno y cena, una auténtica locura, muchísima gente en los diferentes comedores y hace que la experiencia no puedas disfrutarla como se merece. En referencia a la calidad de la comida, no corresponde a un cinco estrellas, pero sí a un 4 superior, por lo que hay mucha variedad y se come bien.
La decoración de las habitaciones y el baño es increíblemente simplón, en comparación con la modernidad del resto del hotel.
No hay bidé
LA TV no funcionaba bien, se iba la conexión de vez en cuando y la imagen se quedaba congelada.
El enchufe de la mesita de noche no funcionaba.
Larga cola para entrar en el buffet de la cena. Aconsejo ir a las 7, entonces no tendréis problemas.

Disfrutar de un hotel de 5* con la oferta de busco un chollo. Las instalaciones, la habitación. Todo en general.
El check-in que había mucha cola y también el acceso al comedor en hora punta también había bastante cola. Deberían realizar turnos de cena para que no haya tanta masificación de gente a la misma hora.
