Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 2 years old: they can stay for FREE sharing bed with parents.
- Children from 3 to 11 years old: the 1st child stays FREE and the 2nd child with a 50% discount as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- On the night of 31/12, children must pay a surcharge corresponding to the New Year's Eve cotillion dinner.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people. We'll explain it better! :-)
- Are you travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children per room.
- Are you all adults? In this case the maximum occupancy is 4 adults per room.
- Please remember! The accommodation does not admit a 5th person in the room, whether adult, child or baby.
- Do you want to book a single room? The price of the single room is the same as the total price of the double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single rooms.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.

El "spa" me pareció algo básico, los baños no tienen ventilación con lo cual quedan todos los olores en el dormitorio y la limpieza es bastante escueta. La cena me pareció un precio muy elevado.

Hotel de tres estrellas, con habitaciones algo anticuadas, aunque correctas. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Fuimos a finales de noviembre y hacía mucho calor en la habitación, pero con cerrar la llave del radiador es suficiente. Desayuno normal, nada a destacar. Cenas a la carta con buenos platos y preparaciones, aunque agradecería que al ir con niños hubiera algún plato más enfocado al público infantil, aunque repito que todo estaba muy bueno.
Si renovarán las habitaciones ganaría mucho

Lo que más he valorado en la estancia ha sido la comida del restaurante. Teníamos media pensión y la cena era de carta y muy bueno todo. El personal muy atento y amables.
Las habitaciones son anticuadas. Le haría falta una reforma. El spá, está un poco descuidado. La sauna seca no estaba muy caliente y la húmeda menos. Había dos jacuzzis, pero solo estaba lleno uno.
Para la temperatura exterior dentro del hotel, sobretodo en las habitaciones hacia frío. La calefacción debería estar más horas encendida. Nosotros fuimos con niños pequeños y tuve que poner una manta para poder dormir. Cuando llegamos a las 15:30, la habitación estaba fría y los radiadores estaban parados. Fuimos a reclamarlo a recepción y nos dijeron que se volvía a encender la calefacción por la tarde noche.....

Ubicación inmejorable con vistas a la montaña y Ordino, tranquilidad, alejado del bullicio y rodeado de naturaleza completamente, aparcamiento gratuito en el mismo hotel . Camas muy cómodas. Personal encantador y muy atentos a tus necesidades. Desayuno buffet muy completo. Menú de la cena con varios platos a elegir elaborados y de muy buena calidad. Y si eres amante del senderismo, rutas cercanas preciosas.
