Conditions
Access requires a swimming cap and flip-flops. You can bring your own or purchase them at the hotel.

La ubicación excelente si quieres visitar el Monasterio. El balneario chiquito y acogedor.
La cena es una verdadera porquería, el bufet escaso, poca variedad y poca calidad. Las bandejas vacías sin reponer a tiempo y encima carísimo 23€ por persona.

La atención del personal fue muy buena en todo momento, tanto el de recepción como el del restaurante o el del SPA. Las habitaciones eran silenciosas y las camas muy cómodas. El SPA bastante completo y funcionaba todo correctamente. También nos gustó mucho que hubiera un billar (desgastado y con los tacos deteriorados) en el que poder jugar hasta la hora que quisiéramos, incluso hasta después de la medianoche. Y gratis. Todo un detalle.
El tapizado de la mesa del billar y los tacos están pidiendo un cambio "a gritos".

The steam sauna is not working. Apparently, in the past, you could have a glass of Rocallaura water in the same circuit, in a room that is currently empty; now you can buy it for €3 at reception. The breakfast buffet is the best, the meals are somewhat poor, and they do not offer vegetarian options.
La sauna de vapor no funciona. Por lo visto en tiempos se podía tomar un vaso de agua de Rocallaura en el mismo circuito, en una sala que actualmente está vacía, ahora la puedes comprar por 3€ en recepción. There are many people in the spa because there is no access control, room 125, where I was staying, had dirty walls, the bathroom was full of dust, and there were someone else's hairs without us having used it. Si quieres relajarte sin más pretensiones es el sitio ideal. Solo se oyen los pajaritos cuando despiertas. Hay pocas cosas alrededor, si quieres ir a comer algún pueblo cercano los lunes y martes no hay nada abierto. Menos mal que el hotel ofrece menú tanto al mediodía como a la noche. Habitación grande y camas cómodas. El Spa como son horas concertadas no hay aglomeración. Imprescindible ver el Monasterio Cisterciense Sta. María de Vallbona.
The cafeteria closes soon, at 10:30 p.m. in case you want to stay a bit longer in the cafeteria, which is very cool. They are a bit slow to replenish at the breakfast and lunch buffet.

El hotel es amplio y el personal muy amable, sobre todo el del restaurante, hay muchas zonas comunes donde puedes descansar. El Spa está muy bien y la piscina bien.

The quality is good, but for a 4-star hotel, I found it to be lacking in variety, just like the breakfast buffet that was included in our booking. There was a display of lettuce with accompaniments, another hot display with about 7 dishes, and a dessert display with fruit, yogurt, mango mousse, and pudding.
El buffet Libre del medio día cuesta 20€ que pagamos a parte con agua y vino. La calidad está bien pero para un hotel de 4 estrellas lo vi muy escaso de variedad como el de desayuno que nos entraba en la reserva. Una vitrina de lechuga con complementos, otra vitrina caliente con unos 7 comidas, la de postres fruta, yogur, mousse de mango y puding.
