Todo perfecto. La ubicación del hotel, las instalaciones y el trato del personal, de diez. Hemos estado con niños y cogimos la reserva a última hora, pero aun así nos dieron la habitación antes del check-in y nos colocaron una cuna para el bebé sin problema. La chica de recepción, Paula, nos explicó todo de forma excepcional, muy amable y atenta. El parking muy bien de precio, la limpieza impecable y las instalaciones ideales para pasar un fin de semana en familia.
As the only point to improve, at dinner (we had Half Board) drinks were not included. They have waiters who take note of the drinks and they are paid at check-out. Otherwise, everything was great.
Como único punto a mejorar, en la cena (teníamos media pensión) las bebidas no estaban incluidas. Disponen de servicio de camareros que toman nota de las bebidas y se pagan al hacer el checkout. Por lo demás, todo genial.

En el hotel lo que mas me ha sorprendido es el servicio de "pub" del hotel con billar y futbolín. Llevábamos adolescentes y ha sido ideal.
No se puede acabar el chocolate a la taza a las 9.00h de la mañana y que se nos diga que no van ha hacer mas. No se entiende cuando además era domingo y estaba lleno de niños el hotel.
