Please note that the spa will be closed on 25/12 and 01/01/2026 — but no worries! If your arrival coincides with one of these dates, you will still be able to enjoy your circuit the following day.

Es un sitio en el que descansa muy bien , el personal muy amable y el desayuno estuvo bastante bien
El Spa es pequeño y aunque tenías que reservar estaba muy lleno,apenas podías disfrutar del circuito y había demasiados ruido, teníamos 2 horas de circuito y disfrutamos sólo 40m , era imposible relajarse con tanta gente y tanto ruido

Todo genial, lo que más me preocupaba era el tema del gluten, pero lo avise y tenían variedad, dentro de lo que cabe está bien
Las habitaciones están bien, son antiguas pero son cómodas. Lo único malo que hay en mi opinión son las sábanas que son muy rígidas y las almohadas que son muy finas e incómodas, salí con el cuello bastante regular.

Spa con agua caliente y funciona todo correctamente, completo y dos horas son tiempo suficiente para disfrutarlo y quedarte relajado. OJO HAY QUE LLEVAR PATUCOS
No comprendo que al pedir cama matrimonial pidan un suplemento de 30€ cuando en la reserva no aparece nada a este respecto y dicen que es a la voluntad del hotel y no hacen lo más mínimo por complacer al cliente para facturar 30€ en una época en la que tienen disponibilidad y la opción de complacer al cliente sin pretender facturar 30€ adicionales dónde queda el dar gusto al cliente y que sus reseñas sean el llenar un hotel en épocas que no viaja la mayoría de la gente.
Se está perdiendo el trato amable y el complacer al cliente siempre que sea posible .

Ha sido una estancia muy cómoda, el hotel es estilo rústico, pero está muy bien en todos los aspectos. El spa es muy bueno y todo funciona correctamente
En especial me gustaría señalar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal, en especial de las camareras del restaurante. Muy buena ubicación.
Si tengo que buscar alguna pega, que lo único que se me ocurre es el precio de la carta. Pero aún así tienen un menú muy completo y con mucha variedad.

La zona del spa, nos ha gustado bastante, tiene muchas zonas diferentes donde estar, es un spa que recomendaría y volvería. El desayuno buffet pequeño, pero variado y completo, con zona sin gluten, que pocos sitios tienen. Nos incluía una botella de cava, que estaba muy bueno, como afrutado , porque nos nos gusta el cava y este estaba muy bueno la verdad
La única pega que le puedo poner al spa la zona de relax las camas no funcionaban o apreciaba el calor en ellas.
