Muy buena ubicación, céntrica para pasear por el pueblo. Hasta la playa hay un paseo pero en invierno no importa porque no hace calor y no llevamos sombrillas... El personal es muy amable en todos los servicios del hotel. Hice varias peticiones para las distintas habitaciones y las atendieron todas. Los baños de algunas habitaciones no están reformados (tienen bañera) y lo necesitan porque se están deteriorando. Las camas un poco duras y las almohadas muy planitas.
La comida del bufet estaba buena pero había muy poca variedad. Estaría bien que la cafetería tuviese algo de comida para el desayuno, para los que no nos gusta madrugar y no llegamos al bufet. Así no tendríamos que buscar otro sitio fuera del hotel.

La comida es su punto flojo. Poca calidad, variedad y falta de atención para satisfacer a los clientes, como una plancha para hacer, carne, huevo frito, tortilla francesa, etc al momento. Mucha comida estaba fría y seca. El desayuno muy pobre y repetitivo. Hemos estado una semana y siempre había lo mismo. El comedor habría a las 8 y a las 8:15 los huevos fritos ya estaban fríos (un desastre). Y así mucha de la comida del buffet.

About the accommodation

The Hotel Rober Palas*** is located in a quiet area, 2Kms from Altea and 5Kms from Benidorm. It is located in the municipality of Alfaz del Pi.

It is a hotel with 24 hour reception, air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi and bar-cafeteria.

The hotel is adapted for people with reduced mobility and has adapted rooms except for access to the swimming pool.

They also have a garden terrace with sun loungers where the outdoor pool is located for the summer season, also in the pool there is a shallow part for children.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating (depending on the season), free Wi-Fi, telephone, television, safe (for a fee) and bathroom with bathtub (except 3 semi-custom rooms, on request, which have a shower) and hairdryer.

We recommend you to visit Terra Natura, Terra Mítica or Aqualandia, which are very close to the hotel. How cool! :-)

In addition, the hotel is the perfect location for golf, windsurfing, hiking and nature lovers.
