The rooms need a renovation. The bathtub is a real danger, in these hotels you don't bathe, you shower and those bathtubs were very slippery, my daughter fell twice in one week.

El hotel tiene otro acceso además del principal que te lleva directamente a la zona de la playa. La animación un punto negativo está enfocada solamente a los franceses que acuden al hotel, de hecho toda la animación la hacen en francés,hay muy poca participación de los animadores españoles. El personal del comedor un poco más y seco, parecía molestarles atender en el comedor. Especialmente un camarero llamado Óscar con un humor negro casi rozando la impertinencia. ( Lo pillariamos cansado del verano) El agua que ponen en las mesas es filtrada, rellena del grifo, si las bebidas las pagas aparte cobran por ella 2.80€.
Aunque avisan con carteles de que no se pueden reservar las hamacas la mayoría deja las toallas sin que nadie les diga nada y no hay disponibilidad para la gente que quiere disfrutar de la piscina.
En general el hotel está limpio, muy luminoso, las instalaciones cuidadas, la reposición de la comida en el comedor es constante, los cocineros pendientes de que no falte nada, las chicas camareras por lo general muy simpáticas y agradables.

El todo incluido está bien ya que hay bebidas de primera marca y refrescos. También la cerveza puede ser amstel o Cruzcampo de tercio y el agua te dan embotellada y mineral aunque solo hay para el picoteo aceitunas y patatas y por las tardes poca cosa también.El buffet es pequeño en lo que se refiere a variedad aunque hay calidad y todos los días hay pescado y carne que te la hacen en el momento.
Lo mejor que hay que destacar es a los trabajadores que son super amables y profesionales.

All the entertainment was focused on them and they even had 4 animators just for them all day long, and at night the shows were only in French. Shows inside the hotel are fine for winter but for summer it's better outside, although they don't have space.
During the dates I visited, the foreigners were the Spanish and there was nothing for us.

Toda la animación estaba enfocada a ellos e incluso tenían 4 animadores solo para ellos todo el día y por la noche los espectáculos solo en francés. Espectáculos en el interior del hotel y para invierno está bien pero para verano está mejor fuera pero no tienen espacio.
En la fechas que he ido yo los extranjeros éramos los españoles y no hay nada nosotros.
