Tourism tax

Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:

- In the main areas of the hotel your pet will not be able to accompany you.

- The duration of the session is one hour and a half.
- The spa hours are as follows:

- Fridays, Saturdays, long weekends and holidays: from 9:45 am to 9:15 pm.
- Winter months, July and August: every day from 9:45 am to 9:15 pm.
- If you are travelling with children, please note that they can access the museum when accompanied by an adult.

Discover an incredible universe that fits in the palm of your hand. The museum hosts the only permanent exhibition of Ukrainian master Nikolai Syadristy, whose microscopic works, created with materials such as gold and platinum, can only be appreciated with a magnifying glass or microscope.
You’ll also find the delicate collection of “snuff-bottles” by Chinese artist Liu Shouben, along with other traditional pieces that turn the visit into a truly surprising and unique experience.

El personal es muy amable, y está muy bien situado, súper cerca del centro, la habitación está bien, limpia, y la cama es cómoda, fui con nuestra perra y te permiten dejarla en la habitación para acceder al spa o a desayunar
El baño es demasiado pequeño, apenas cabe una persona, la decoración es muy antigua, faltan enchufes en las mesitas. No permiten el acceso de mascotas al bar o restaurante

Hotel céntrico. Para ir a pie a cualquier sitio, cerca de las paradas del bus. A 3 minutos de la zona más comercial y de restaurantes. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El desayuno es muy completo, con variedad y sabroso. El café, como en todos los hoteles, desentona con el resto.
Muy tranquilo y silencioso, para descansar. El parking es una lotería (si te toca) y muy antiguo (preparado para coches más pequeños).
El personal es muy atento y amable, aunque se nota cierta tensión entre ellos.

Lloc cèntric que pels anys que te esta molt ben conservat.
...pot ser el tema parking, penso que es podria millorar una mica el preu els clients i amb horari fraccionat a l'hora check-in.
També a destacar, que al spa s'hauria de regular el fet d'assistir-hi amb roba en comptes de banyador. Ja que al moment de voler entrar hi havia unes persones d'altres ètniques que estaven vestits al seu interior de les piscines.

Hotel confortable y limpio. Estuvimos en habitación cuadruple y parecía un apartamento.
Disfrutamos del spa.
Todo correcto, nada a comentar, a excepción que el parquing que comparten con Novotel estaba llenos, pero pudimos aparcar en un aparcamiento al aire libre, que por tenerlo ahí de las 18h a les 13h del día siguiente nos cobraron 24€ (pensaba que sería más).
