La pitjor suite de la nostra vida. L'hotel no es mereix les 4 estrelles ni la franquícia Mu, ja que la imatge corporativa només està als llums i alguna paret. Fotos enganyoses. Vam pagar per una suite i ens van donar una habitació que donava al carrer. Vam haver d'estar dia i nit amb les cortines corregudes perquè ens veia tothom que passava a peu o en cotxe pel carrer. La dutxa és minúscula i molt antiga, com els mobles. Quan vam trucar a recepció per demanar un canvi de pis, ens van passar la "gerent", que es va posar a cridar com una boja i ens va penjar el telèfon. L'esmorzar molt justet i 45 minuts abans que s'acabés l'hora ja no hi havia ni fuet ni bolleria. L'spa és una banyera jacuzzi, 4 dutxes (només una amb aigua calenta) i dues saunes de les que només una funcionava. Tot plegat, una estafa.

Hotel inmejorable, el servicio super agradable, la comida un 10, tanto la cena como el desayuno.
Las habitaciones quizás necesitan un poco de renovacion en cuanto a mobiliario.

El único punto negativo si hubiera algo negativo sería la entrada al garaje, mucha inclinación de rampa y muy estrecho para un coche algo grande, el resto todo genial.

El personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento. Las habitaciones, cómodas y muy limpias, la estancia fue muy agradable. En cuanto a la comida, tanto el desayuno como la cena fueron buenos, pero podría tener un poco más de variedad
Hicimos una reserva para el spa y, si bien la experiencia fue satisfactoria, lamentablemente el baño turco no se encontraba en funcionamiento. Habríamos agradecido ser informados con antelación.

Todo el personal fue muy amable. En nuestro caso viajábamos con un bebe y estuvieron pendientes de que estuviese a gusto en todo momento.
El desayuno es buffet libre y no paraban de reponer lo que se iba gastando.
La cena es a la carta y la verdad es que estaba todo muy bueno.
Justo enfrente del hotel, hay un parque que esta muy bien para los más pequeños.
