La pitjor suite de la nostra vida. L'hotel no es mereix les 4 estrelles ni la franquícia Mu, ja que la imatge corporativa només està als llums i alguna paret. Fotos enganyoses. Vam pagar per una suite i ens van donar una habitació que donava al carrer. Vam haver d'estar dia i nit amb les cortines corregudes perquè ens veia tothom que passava a peu o en cotxe pel carrer. La dutxa és minúscula i molt antiga, com els mobles. Quan vam trucar a recepció per demanar un canvi de pis, ens van passar la "gerent", que es va posar a cridar com una boja i ens va penjar el telèfon. L'esmorzar molt justet i 45 minuts abans que s'acabés l'hora ja no hi havia ni fuet ni bolleria. L'spa és una banyera jacuzzi, 4 dutxes (només una amb aigua calenta) i dues saunes de les que només una funcionava. Tot plegat, una estafa.

Me gustaría destacar la atención del personal del hotel, amabilísimos, en especial su empleado ELROY.
Quizás por la categoría del Hotel esperas unas instalaciones algo mejores y se quedan algo justas. En mi opinión está más cerca de las 3 estrellas por instalaciones, pero la atención y el servicio compensa. La ubicación es buena, está muy bien comunicado y no es difícil encontrar aparcamiento en la zona.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, hay una pizzería italiana a 3min saliendo del hotel andando hacia la izquierda, que esta buenísimo, todos los trabajadores muy amables y simpáticos.
Paredes de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo, los coches pasando casi toda la noche, el fuerte viento que hemos tenido, los colchones bastante incomodos en nuestra opinión...

El personal muy muy atento.
Especial mención a la MEDIA PENSION , espectacular la calidad de las cenas . Ya sabemos que las medias pensiones la comida es aceptable pero hemos disfrutado tanto como en un restaurante. Mi enhorabuena solo por la comida me volvería a alojar
Mejoraría las habitaciones y el hotel en general le daría una renovación porque se ve obsoleto.
He de decir que la habitación , las camas son cómodas pero baño por ejemplo también precisa una renovación.
De todas maneras está correcto

El hotel en sí esta muy bien, es pequeño y acogedor. El poco personal que hay es todo muy agradable. La habitación era muy amplia, limpia, cómoda y confortable.
La ubicación está bien si tu idea es acabar de subir para ir a esquiar, però, si lo que quieres es hacer vida en el pueblo y disfrutar de la nieve que hay, quizas recomiendo quedarse en el pueblo anterior ya que este es muy muy pequeño y tiene poco que ver y hacer.

a la hora de escoger de la carta el camarero casi me obligó a pedir el postre directamente sin darme tiempo a mirar la carta tenía que pedirlo todo juntos
en la habitación que me dieron da a la calle horrible los ruidos para dormir

Muy bien la limpieza y la atención del personal de 10, teníamos el desayuno incluido y lo típico de los hoteles con bastante variedad pero la calidad justa, pero por ese precio no puedes pedir más. Si tengo que volver intentaré repetir
Del spa solo funcionaba el jacuzzi i la sauna, el baño turco apenas tenía vapor, pero todo muy limpio y con un monton de toallas limpias a tu disposición.
