What to visit
Among its must-see landmarks stands the striking Pedraforca, one of Catalonia’s most iconic mountains and the undisputed symbol of the region. Wander through Bagà, with its beautiful medieval quarter, or discover Castellar de n'Hug, famous for its rural charm and as the source of the Llobregat River. What to do
Berguedà is perfect for hiking in the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, with routes for all levels, from gentle family walks to more challenging climbs. What to eat
The gastronomy of Berguedà is rich and comforting, ideal after an active day outdoors. Savour homemade sausages, traditional mountain trinxat, grilled meats and seasonal mushroom dishes. In winter, hearty stews and warming recipes take centre stage, always crafted with high-quality local produce.
Our recommendation
For an authentic taste of the region, book a table at Cal Travé, a restaurant recognised in gastronomic guides for its commitment to tradition and the genuine flavours of the territory.
