Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue estupenda, en realidad que no nos lo esperábamos, toda una sorpresa, ubicación, habitación, servicio, limpieza, desayuno y el personal muy amables y dispuestos ayudar, muy contentos ya es nuestra primera vez que hacemos uso de Buscochollo.
Si, con respecto a las actividades que incluían en el paquete, no hemos podido disfrutar de ninguna de ellas puesto que el paseo en barco los horarios de salida siempre estaban completos y los elevadores hacían aproximadamente un mes que los habían prohibido por qué hubo un accidente, así que nos quedamos decepcionados ya que todo esto conllevó una perdida de tiempo ya que en nuestro caso fuimos por tres días.

La experiencia “Lisboa con encanto” ha sido muy positiva. Nos alojamos dos noches en el Hotel HF Fénix Music 3* en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno, y superó nuestras expectativas. El hotel, aunque no está en pleno centro, está perfectamente comunicado, justo al lado del Dreamworld of Lisboa, con muy buen ambiente y metro y autobús a pocos metros, lo que permite llegar al centro en 5–10 minutos sin problema.
La atención del personal fue de 10, siempre amables y atentos. Las camas muy cómodas, y tanto la habitación como las instalaciones están por encima de lo que se espera de un hotel de tres estrellas. El desayuno fue uno de los puntos fuertes: espectáculo musical incluido, algo original y realmente espectacular. La temática musical del hotel está muy bien integrada y hace la estancia diferente y divertida. Sin duda, mi hotel de referencia en Lisboa para volver.
El paseo en barco por el Tajo fue correcto, aunque me habría gustado que incluyera guía para enriquecer la experiencia. La utilización de los tranvías fue perfecta, pudimos subirnos a varios sin coste adicional (conviene llevar siempre los tickets a mano porque sí los revisan). Además, al llover uno de los días, pudimos disfrutar más del hotel de lo previsto, lo que hizo la estancia aún más cómoda y agradable.
Muy buena experiencia en conjunto, totalmente recomendable.
Como único detalle mejorable, el móvil no se enlazaba correctamente con la televisión, aunque sí con los altavoces de la habitación, lo que permitía poner música sin problema.
