Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: the first child stays free sharing bed with two adults.

- Bed and Breakfast: 1st and 2nd travel for 27€ per child per night approx.
- Half Board: 1st and 2nd child travel for approximately 38€ per child per night.
- Full Board: 1st and 2nd child travel for 49€ per child per night approximately.
- Good to know: Discounts apply when accompanied by 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate in the same room.
- Maximum room occupancy: 4 people (adults or children).
- Single occupancy surcharge: the single room price for this deal has a 100% surcharge, that is, it is the same price as for two people in a double room.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.98 € per person and night.

How tickets work
How to get your tickets for the park? Very easy!
On the day of arrival, simply go to your hotel reception: they will give you your park tickets so you can start enjoying immediately ;-)
Your park ticket also works as your room key. You’ll receive an SMS when your room is ready and can then access it.
On the day of departure, you must leave your room in the morning, but you can continue enjoying the park all day long!
Online check-in available
Your confirmation voucher includes a link for online check-in before arriving at the hotel. You can do it from home or directly at the front desk upon arrival. Our advice: do it online — it saves valuable holiday time ;-)

He ido desde que empezó el carnaval en Port aventura,este es el 4 año. Cada año que ha pasado ha empeorado,este año el parque sola mente tenía un espectáculo,lo demás son comparsas de calle,restaurantes y bastantes atracciones cerradas.Al final de la tarde hay un desfile de carrozas y esto también ha sido más flojo.

El personal muy amable y atento, tanto del personal del hotel como del parque.
A parte del ruido de la cisterna cuando no se usa, del hotel ninguna queja. El parque fatal, al menos un 60/70% de las atracciones cerradas, tanto el viernes tarde como el sábado. Íbamos con un niño de 11 años que no le gustan las montañas rusas, por lo que no nos hemos podido montar más que en el "avión" de la parte infantil de Sésamo. Un desastre y una caminata para nada. A la 1 del mediodía ya nos fuimos.

Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias.
El personal excelente.
El año que viene teneis que dar la misma opcion con este hotel porque vale la pena , es mejor que otro que estube el año pasado tambien dentro del recinto.
Es el hotel mas lejano a la entrada del parque però hemos conocido una pequeña ciudad de portaventura wordl que no conociamos.
Y este hotel es excelente en todo. O sea que compensa ser el mas lejano a la entrada del parque.
