El personal y el hotel han estado muy bien, es de estilo antiguo pero en general muy bien.
El apartamento es al aire libre, pero solo vale 10€/día. La comida del bufete podría ser más surtida, eché de menos algún tipo de pizza para la cena.
Tiene la playa está lejos para ir andando. Cerca hay muchos club de adultos, si vas con niños no da buena imagen.

La ubicación es muy buena ya que tienes la línea 110 de bus que te acerca a la estación de tren y le mueve por los demás sitios de la costa, el personal muy amable desde recepción hasta el buffet ambiente agradable jardines bonitos sitio tranquilo para pasar unos días en familia o solo.
Los carteles de la habitación de no molestar se caían con mucha facilidad y si estabas dormido tocaban o entraban de limpieza o mantenimiento la habitación que me tocó estaba justo debajo de los cubos de basura dentro del hotel y cuando llegaba el camión se escuchaba el ruido de las botellas muy breve pero incómodo y al estar al lado de los ascensores todo el tiempo se escuchaba el timbre (algo elevado) del ascensor no es negativo pero algo a tener en cuenta si una persona quiere o busca descanso

Hotel muy bonito, ubicación espectacular, personal muy majo y atento. Limpieza de habitaciones muy buena también. Nos pasaron una comida que no disfrutamos al llegar para el día que nos fuimos sin precio adicional, y los desayunos bastante decentes. Mucho personal para ayudarte y agradable, limpieza de habitaciones buena.
La comida y la variedad del restaurante. Comida insípida, poca variedad y muy repetitiva.
El "todo incluido" tenía solo cuatro cócteles y el resto era de pago, un poco cutre para lo que vende.
El check-out a las 11 me parece demasiado pronto pues te ponen el check-in a las 15.00...

Comida poco variada y bebidas del Todo Incluido (café, cerveza, licores, cócteles,...) horribles para un 4 estrellas. Te entregan un vaso de plástico en el check-in para devolverlo en el check-out, o pagar 1€ si no lo devuelves; vamos, lo nunca visto. La consigna parecía una habitación de alguien con síndrome de Diógenes, apenas se podía entrar para dejar la maleta.

Los recepcionistas ,uno de origen cubano y otra Argentina. Solicite una habitación alta con vistas al mar y me asignaron una tercera planta de 6. Ambos recepcionistas con buenas palabras y ninguna solución, me asignaron una habitación en la 4 planta y que ya me avisarían cuando estaría libre en la planta 6. El mismo dia Informe por escrito a la cadena Bluesea......sin ninguna respuesta hasta hoy.
