Lo que más nos ha gustado es la ubicación del hotel lo nuevo que es sus espacios su piscina su comedor en fin sus instalaciones es espectacular lo
Lo que menos es que llevábamos por la contratación que hicimos con vosotros una mejora de habitación, siempre que hubieran habitaciones premium disponibles en el hotel y cuando se lo dije al recepcionista me dijo que yo no sabía leer la letra pequeña que eso no era así, pero luego lo miré otra vez en las cosas que tenemos derecho con la contratación con vosotros y sí que aparecía esa mejora y se lo enseñé al recepcionista y se disculpó me dijo que intentarían mirarlo pero ya no supimos nada más de todas formas la habitación estaba bien pero no era la premia a la que sí que teníamos derecho por llevar eso contratado con vosotros por lo demás todo genial

Nos ha gustado todo.
Es un hotel moderno y muy bonito. Estaba adornado de Navidad y estaba precioso.
Un 10 para el personal del comedor. Fuimos a Benidorm para un campeonato en el que participaba mi hija y nos abrieron el comedor media hora antes para que pudiera desayunar antes de irnos al campeonato.
Si vuelvo a Benidorm volveré a ese hotel.
