- Important Information: the first meal included is dinner, and, therefore, the last meal is lunch on your departure day.
- Meal orders cannot be altered. Hotels strictly manage capacity, necessitating that your stay begins with dinner without exception.

If you travel on Half Board basis:
- You will start your stay with dinner and end with Breakfast on the last day.
- If you prefer, you can:
- Swap dinner on the first day for New Year's lunch.

- You will start your stay with dinner and finish with lunch on the day of departure.

el spa estaba muy correcto pero encontre que no habia control pues cinco personas se pasaron los cuarenta i cinco minutos dentro el jacusi i el resto a¨ joderse¨hablando en plata , muy buena ubicacion i en recepcion gente muy atenta i sevicial la comida un poco justo para un cuatro estrellas

"To be a 4* hotel, it lacks a lot. The spa has no light or views. The hotel is supposed to have 500 rooms, but they have a jacuzzi that only fits 4 people. Para ser un hotel de 4* le falta mucho. El spa no tiene luz, ni vistas. El hotel debe tener 500 hab y tienen un yacuzzi donde solo caben 4 personas. La piscina del spa no tiene chorros, la sauna estaba fuera de servicio, todo esto hizo que al final no entráramos. En general el personal de recepción no es muy educado. Le falta una renovación en las partes comunes del hotel y las habitaciones. Es más un 3* que un 4*.

Básicamente es lo que se espera de un hotel, sería ideal only adults, pero bueno. Eso ya es cosa de ir a otro lado, el spa con niños no tiene nada de relajante.
The check-out is very early, almost like being kicked out of the hotel, it's 2 days one night, so leaving at 10:00 am, when breakfast is from 8:00 to 10:00, is very early, you almost run out of the room. In my case, I had an appointment at the spa on day 2 of 2 and I had to dress and undress in the hotel bathroom, next to the urinals. Since we were already out of the room, it wasn't possible to shower, there were 4 adults and they gave us 3 towels, arguing, that's all there is. Anyway, everything is solved by checking out an hour later.
El check-Out es muy pronto, casi como que te sientes hechado del hotel, son 2 días una noche, pues salir a las 10:00 am , cuando el desayuno es de 8:00 a 10:00, es muy pronto, casi sales corriendo de la habitación, en mi caso , me dieron cita en el spa el día 2 de 2 y tuve que vestirme y desvestirme en el baño del hotel, al lado de los urinarios. Como ya estábamos fuera de la habitación, no fue posible ducharnos, fuimos 4 adultos y nos dieron 3 toallas, argumentando, es lo que hay.
En fin, que todo se soluciona haciendo el check-Out una hora más tarde.

The hotel I booked definitely does not have the quality and characteristics that are expected of a 4-star hotel. Overall, everything is outdated and needs renovation. On the other hand, the spa seemed more like a children's recreational pool and the water was cold. The sauna was not included in the spa and they charged us 10€ for half an hour in the sauna. Only the dry sauna was working, although the door had a gap and the temperature was low. The steam sauna was out of order. The buffet was quite basic and of low quality. At night, it was impossible to rest until after midnight due to the noise from the bar. It has been my worst experience in a hotel of this supposed range.
El hotel que reservé ni mucho menos tiene la calidad y caracteristicas que se le presuponen a un 4 estrellas. En general todo está anticuado y por reformar. Por otro lado, el spa parecía màs una piscina recreativa infantil y con el agua fría. La sauna no estaba incluida en el spa y nos cobraron 10€ por media hora de sauna. La sauna, solo funcionaba la seca, aunque la puerta tenia un hueco y la temperatura estaba baja. La sauna de vapor estaba averiada. El bufet era bastante básico y de baja calidad. Por la noche, era imposible descansar hasta más tarde de las 00h. por el escandalo del bar. Ha sido mi peor experiencia en un hotel con esa supuesta categoría.

Perfecto para pasear por la noche, ya que a las 10 de la noche no había nadie por las calles.

No nos avisaron de que había que reservar la hora del spa y perdimos 15min de uso, los horarios son completamente para extranjeros. Respecto a la habitación las almohadas eran muy finitas y el telefonillo del cuarto de baño se caía… el buffet tenía muy poca variedad y no era comida de calidad.
Sin lugar a dudas no repetiremos en este hotel.
