Buena localización con vistas al mar, al lado del puerto. Las habitaciones son amplias y el personal muy amable.
El desayuno era un poco escaso para un 4*. Durante nuestra estancia se produjo una avería en el hotel y nos reubicaron en otro de la misma cadena en Gijón, de menor categoría y sin aparcamiento gratuito en la zona, con el trastorno que supone eso de kilometraje, parking...

No es un hotel de lujo, pero la calidad precio es muy buena. Limpio, camas cómodas, habitación con vistas increíbles. El personal agradable y con ganas de hacer bien su trabajo.
Por el precio, me parece un hotel fantástico. Algunas de las instalaciones son antiguas, y como dije no esperes grandes lujos.

Lo único que nos ha gustado es la ubicación.
El Trato del personal al llegar fue de indiferencia, ningún tipo de explicación de nada, un olor de humedad en la habitación insoportable, no funcionaba la calefacción pasamos frio, la taza del wc se movía no estaba pegada al suelo, el lavabo un desastre, nos encontramos pelos en las almohadas, el ascensor inutilizable por su lentitud, el comedor extremadamente pequeño y llegando dos autobuses en la mañana del sábado fue verdaderamente complicado desayunar, el desayuno extremadamente escaso, bollería y tostadas, nada más, no sabemos por que dice que es 4 estrellas, el peor hotel con diferencia en el que hemos estado.

Un hotel deplorable, sucio que daba asco, con moho en las cortinas, el baño sin limpiar y con bichos, la cama llena de pelos, nada más subir, me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, pero la otra estaba igual, tenía hasta tierra de la playa, el desayuno, dos magdalenas industriales y tres lonchas de pan duro, en una sala de reuniones de 8 metros cuadrados, una vergüenza, tenía contratado 3 días y al día siguiente de entrar por la mañana pedimos un cambio de hotel, para ser un cuatro estrellas da vergüenza, sobre todo el trato, que el señor no se digno ni a pedir disculpas, ni a nada. Una vergüenza. Que asco de hotel.
