El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, limpio, y suficiente para lo que se pretende. El personal de lujo, Desi en la cocina pendiente de todo, nos explicó el tema del desayuno, no faltaba detalle. Desayuno variado y abundante. Laura Cabezas en recepción con su simpatía y profesionalidad y todos los trabajadores del hotel estuvieron pendientes de atendernos ante cualquier duda. En fin, nos ha sorprendido que un hotel de 2 estrellas tuviera tantos detalles positivos. Un saludo para todos y muchas gracias.
Por poner algún pero, el parking un poco caro. 15 euros por noche, es lo que hay, estamos en el centro de Santander.

Pues en realidad del hotel no puedo hablar muy bien, despues de haber confirmado por telefono la reserva varias veces, porque por problemas de salud necesitabamos ducha, eramos 4 personas y dos habitaciones, nos dan el ok. Cual es nuestra sorpresa que llegamos y solo teniamos una habitacion no dod. Nos quedamos a cuadros porque llegamos ya tarde del viaje. Agradecer a Gema la persona de recepcion que nos atendioy logro darnos una habitacion pero sin ducha. De inicio mal.

Habitaciones muy antiguas y con falta de limpieza total, la bañera estaba amarilla daba asco de bañarse alli.
Desayuno bufet, llamarlo asi es darle mucha importancia, los zumos agua con color, el segundo dia no funcionaba la maquina el cafe malisima calidad y para comer muy pocas cosas saludables, bolleria industrial y el comedor sucias las sillas y cosas almacenadas en los laterales.

La habitación que teníamos asignada por el hotel nefasta , pequeñísima , muy sucia , con una ventanita que daba a un patio interior donde el suelo del patio que estaba casi al ras de la ventana, estaba totalmente insalubre lleno de toda suciedad imaginable , el aseo sin ventana al exterior y sin salida de humos , tampoco existía teléfono con el que comunicarnos con Recepción , nos instalamos en la habitación y al intentar salir de ella estábamos encerrados la puerta no se abría , y no podíamos comunicarnos con recepción , porque los números de tf que teníamos del hotel , ninguno correspondía con el valido , por fin buscando por internet conseguimos encontrar otro tf y comunicarnos con recepción , subieron a sacarno de allí y nos dieron otra habitación que nada tenía que ver con laque nos tenían asignada , deduzco que la habitación que tenían para nosotros sería por la oferta de Busco un Chollo , volveré a pensarme viajar con ustedes

The room was just enough ! The room was not even dirty with the rest of the chocolates paper. We said it every day and they never cleaned it. La habitación justita ! Además no la dieron sucia hasta con resto de papel de bombones . Lo dijimos todos los días y nunca lo limpiaron . Nos dijeron que esas habitaciones habían estado de obra y que era difícil que estuvieran limpias…. No se a qué obra se refieren porque tanto el baño como el resto mobiliario en especial el armario estaba lleno de descorchones.

Para ser Santander, puedes disfrutar de la ciudad y de Cantabria x un alojamiento a muy buen precio.
Cerquita del puerto pesquero que me encanta comer ahí siempre q voy a Santander y con la bici te puedes mover hasta el Sardinero en menos de 30 minutos.

Por el precio la verdad que no puedes exigir mucho, pero las toallas las hace falta un cambio, el desayuno si bajas una hora antes de cerrar casi ya no queda de nada uno de los dias, al otro dia estaba la trabajadora como loca reponiendo ya que estaba en planta y en comedor a la vez....
Y si que es verdad que se oye todo todo, todo, tanto de dentro del hotel como de la calle.
Lo mejor de todo..., el despertador. Domingo, 9 de la mañana....y a pasar el aspirador!!!! Llamame loca pero el fin de semana es cuando aprovecha uno a descansar,casi muero del susto, pero me quedo con lo positivo, pude bajar al desayuno y encontrar de tod todavia.
