The hotel has disappointed me in terms of value for money as an 'all-inclusive' option. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity and is uncomfortable due to the amount of sunbeds and tables. The snack service is very limited: only packaged products are available and you have to go up to the dining area to consume them, not being able to enjoy them in the pool area. The entertainment also seemed very poor to me. As for the meals, almost everything is offered in small bites, making it difficult to prepare a complete dish, and the variety on the grill was very limited. Additionally, they only provide two small complimentary water bottles; afterwards, you have to go down to the bar to refill because they do not provide bottled water in the room. Overall, I don't think it lives up to what one expects from an all-inclusive experience.

Ya habiamos estado otro año en este hotel, está bien para las estrellas que tiene, está céntrico y cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios, es una zona tranquila. Las habitaciones son correctas y grandes. El personal es amable. El restaurante es buffet libre, está bien y variedad.
What I personally didn't like so much were the night animations, I found them dull, I missed a show with more animation and spectacle.

Hablé con buscounchollo y ni una solución, la última vez me dijeron, que si tenía algún problema que llamara durante la estancia y que no esperara a terminar, y aún así, NA da!!
