La majestuosidad de todo el complejo, las vistas, sobre todo la de la terraza de la torre más alta, pero también la del piso 17 de la torre más pqueña donde no alojaron a pesar del reclamo de la torre más alta de Europa.

Nos tocó habitaciçon en el piso 20 de la torre, las vistas a la playa de Poniente y el pueblo, espectaculares, ver el amanecer, un lujo. La habitación, sencilla para un 4 estrellas pero correcta, limpia y las camas muy cómodas. El baño bien equipado, en general un bien casi notable.
El personal... entiendo que deben estar saturados de atender un hotel que puede hospedar a mas de 2500 personas, pero deben mejorar el trato al publico que podria mejorar bastante. Otro aspecto negativo a mi entender y el de mucha gente es la masificación, para subir a la habitación habían 5 ascensores, uno de ellos estropeado, con lo cual las colas eran interminables acabando con la paciencia de los usuarios, llegando a haber discusiones por acceder a los mismos. El buffet, muy muy flojo, poca variedad, todo un poco insipido y de nuevo, debido a la masificacion el personal saturado que no llega a todo, Los precios de cualquier cosa, un cafe 3 € en una maquina expendedora, las copas en el bar intocables, la subida al mirador pagada aparte. La distancia a cualquier sitio es tremenda, esta situado en una zona sin ambiente, tienes que coger el coche o el transporte urbano para ir a cualquier sitio, ir paseando al pueblo o a la zona de pubs son varias horas. En fin, la relacion del precio que hemos pagado con el servicio recibido es correcta, pero no para tirar cohetes, creo que no volveremos a hospedarnos en el bali, hay otras oopciones de mas calidad por el mismo precio, aunque eso si, ya no nos lo cuentan.

En el bufet pondría algo más de carne a la plancha en directo ya que solo había pechugas a medio día y por la noche hamburguesas.

Me dieron una habitación especial, era como un apartamento, había una jade matrimonio y fuera otra camita para mi hija , ósea como dos habitaciones teníamos un balcón y aparte todo rodeado de ventanas, una salita para sentarse a disfrutar de las vistas y por el balcón se veía el mar y todos los rascacielos, era la planta 29, nos encantó, repetiria

En primer lugar nos alojaron en un edificio adyacente a la torre del Bali. Siempre quisimos ir a ese hotel y desconocíamos que fueran dos edificios. Nos alojaron en el pequeño. Hemos estado en hoteles de tres estrellas con habitaciones y comida en mejores condiciones. Las personas de recepción nos atendieron con poca profesionalidad. Mientras nos atendían hablaban entre ellos de sus cosas. No volveremos al Bali. Necesita una reforma. Pedimos cama de matrimonio y en la habitación había tres camas. Ha sido todo un poco decepcionante.
