Fueron unas minivacaciones pero todo estuvo genial,cuando llegamos nos ofrecieron una planta 16 y como mi marido no le gustan las alturas pidió cambiarla y enseguida nos ofrecieron una 4 planta,el personal muy amable tanto recepción como los camareros,bastante variedad de comida y pese al haber muchísima gente no había mucha aglomeración en el comedor,nos gustó mucho en general

Lo mejor del hotel sin duda el personal. Las piscinas y zona de hamacas un 100% recomendables. Los bares también. Y súbete hay muchos ascensores van muy lentos

In the oldest part of the hotel at the top, the rooms are pitiful but the good thing is the cleanliness.
The bathroom is tiny and to top it off with a bathtub (horrible).
