Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 2 years old: the first child stays free sharing bed with 2 adults.
- Important: babies will be accommodated in Room Only. In case they want to enjoy breakfast and dinner, you will have to pay them directly at the hotel.
- Children from 3 to 11 years old:
- Traveling on Bed & Breakfast basis? The 1st and 2nd child travel with a 50% discount.
- Are you travelling on Half Board basis? The 1st stays with a 45% discount and the 2nd stays with a 40% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum capacity is 4 people per room.
- In this case, this accommodation allows 3 adults plus 1 child up to 11 years old.
- The accommodation does not admit a 5th place, whether adult, child or baby.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 33€ per night and room. It may vary depending on the dates of travel and will be applied to the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Price: 30 €/night and pet
- Please note that only dogs are allowed, no other pets are allowed, sorry!
- They allow a maximum of 20kg per room: you can bring 1 or 2 dogs, but their combined weights cannot exceed 20kg.
- PPP dogs are not accepted.
- Upon arrival at the hotel you will be informed of all the regulations and you will have to present a signed paper agreeing to them.
- Pets are allowed to stay in the room as long as the established rules are respected (no use of bed linen, towels or hotel furniture).
- They cannot be left alone in the room except when you are having breakfast, lunch, dinner or a thermal circuit. In this case, you must place the "Pet Friendly" hanger on the door to inform the staff.
- Pets are not allowed in indoor main areas, except to enter or leave the hotel at check-in or check-out, or to go to their room.
- They may not remain in the lobby or in restaurants or areas where food or drinks are served.
- In outdoor areas (car park, gardens and terraces), pets may always remain on a leash or in a carrier.

- To access the hot springs you must wear a bathing suit, hat and flip-flops.
- Are you traveling with children? Babies from 0 to 2 years old will not have access to the hot springs.
- Children from 3 years old can access the children's area and water only in the following time slots: 14:00h, 15:30hh and 17:00h. They must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Depending on the number of nights you stay, the number of accesses to the spa during your stay will vary, we explain it to you!
- Are you staying 1 or 2 nights? You will have 1 access of 75 minutes per person per stay.
- Staying 3 or 4 nights? You will have 2 accesses of 75 minutes per person per stay.
- Staying 5 nights? You will have 3 accesses of 75 minutes per person per stay.
- Staying 6 or 7 nights? You will have 4 accesses of 75 minutes per person and stay.

Las camas son muy viejas y te levantas con la espalda mal....la habitación era muy pequeña y no estaba muy limpia y la comida no está preparada para personas celíacas. En un hotel de 4 estrellas eso lo tendrían que tener muy al día pero no... Le sobra una estrella claramente.

Hemos ido 3 días con acceso al spa y tanto el entorno, como el spa como los empleados es de 10.
Hemos comido genial, las camas muy cómodas y las habitaciones muy nuevas y confortables
El único pero es que en lasa habitaciones hacía mucho calor y aún que bajases la calefacción se notaba el calor acumulado del resto de habitaciones.

El enclave espectacular, la comida muy variada y bien cocinada, con la cocina a la vista, es spa maravilloso, el personal muy amable y el bar con chimenea precioso y elegante.
Las habitaciones (al menos en la que nos alojamos) necesitan algún repaso de mantenimiento.

La ubicación es bonita y con excursiones cercanas pero el baño daba mala gana
Nos pusieron en la parte vieja del hotel y el baño especialmente daba asco, muy dejado lleno de hongos y sucio, necesita una reforma urgente, el spa más de lo mismo todo con pegates y se les está cayendo a cachos, necesitan invertir mucho más en mantenimiento
