Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 2 years old: the first child stays free sharing bed with 2 adults.
- Important: babies will be accommodated in Room Only. In case they want to enjoy breakfast and dinner, you will have to pay them directly at the hotel.
- Children from 3 to 11 years old:
- Traveling on Bed & Breakfast basis? The 1st and 2nd child travel with a 50% discount.
- Are you travelling on Half Board basis? The 1st stays with a 45% discount and the 2nd stays with a 40% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum capacity is 4 people per room.
- In this case, this accommodation allows 3 adults plus 1 child up to 11 years old.
- The accommodation does not admit a 5th place, whether adult, child or baby.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 33€ per night and room. It may vary depending on the dates of travel and will be applied to the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Price: 30 €/night and pet
- They allow a maximum of 20kg per room: you can bring 1 or 2 dogs, but their combined weights cannot exceed 20kg.
- Please note that only dogs are allowed, no other pets are allowed, sorry!
- PPP dogs are not accepted
- Pets are not allowed in the main areas and, in case they are left alone in the room. A 'Do Not Disturb' sign must be posted.
- If you are going to stay with your pet, it is essential that you let us know in advance so that we can inform the hotel.
- Upon arrival at the hotel you will be informed of all the regulations and you will have to present a signed paper agreeing to them.

- To access the hot springs you must wear a bathing suit, hat and flip-flops.
- Are you traveling with children? Babies from 0 to 2 years old will not have access to the hot springs.
- Children from 3 years old can access the children's area and water only in the following time slots: 14:00h, 15:30hh and 17:00h. They must always be accompanied by an adult.

El paisaje es idílico. El balneario es impresionante, sin duda lo más impactante junto al lugar en el que se encuentra. Estar dentro de la piscina con burbujas , tumbado con temperaturas muy bajas y ver el paisaje que te rodea, con ese entorno tan majestuosa y viendo el cielo y las montañas , sin duda es lo mejor del lugar.
La comida del bufet muy flojita. Verduras muy duras, mala cocción y calidad muy justita

Su ubicación está muy bien, las habitaciones normales y las termas normales
Las habitaciones tienen calefacción pero no está climatizadas las zonas comunes, hacia frío por los pasillos y la pasarela para acceder de uno de los edificios del hotel a las termas un congelador ( teniendo en cuenta que se acude a las termas en albornoz), el buffet no muy variado y tardaban mucho en reponer, para ser de 4 estrellas me ha decepcionado

La ubicación es increíble, paisajes impresionantes y rodeado de pueblos preciosos en medio de la naturaleza.
La zona de estar con chimenea es súper cómoda.
El estado del hotel es una pena. Lo tienen bastante abandonado, las paredes y puertas golpeadas, algunas humedades (en el vestuario del spa hay goteras) y en los pasillos te congelas. Una pena, la verdad, que lo tengan así.

Somos habituales del Balneario y nunca nos defrauda. Este año queremos hacer especial mención al restaurante, hemos estado en media pensión y el buffet excelente tanto al desayuno como en la cena y comida. También nuestra felicitación a todos el personal, amables, serviciales y eficientes.
Quizás el mantenimiento puede mejorar, hay algunos aspectos del hotel y las termas que aprentan dejadez. También es una pena que después de tantos no rehabiliten los antiguos edificios, cada vez más en ruinas.
