Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay an additional 25€ cleaning fee.
- Dogs and cats allowed! No other animals may accompany you.
- Your pet will not be allowed to accompany you in the main areas of the accommodation.
- A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed.

Era mi cumpleaños y el de mi Marido y no hemos tenidor ningun detalle
FALTA MANTENIMENT La zona de la piscina,muy sucia,...tiene grietas en l'as paredes y techos,falta escaleras y l'ós agujeros de l'as escaleras obsoletes,no estan tapades.la parte del suelo de la piscina,con tierra.
No sé,si pasaria el control de legionel·la.
ZONA VESTUARIOS
Muy sucios,falta de luz,falta de zona vestidor con puerta.
Desde la planta_2,si te canvias en el VESTUARIO en los bancos,té ven desde fuera.
En l'as duchas,con baldas de manera muy deteriorada y se embozaba.
Me estava duchando en un charco.
No nos dejaron aprovechar la ofertes de 2x1 en la zona de SPA.
HABITACIONES
El cristal de la habitacion muy sucio.
Costava de tragar el agua de la pica.
Aconsejo,comprobeis instalaciones.

La piscina climatizada regulín, la condensación hace que gotee mucho el techo y es un poco incómodo porque moja la ropa, el spa no lo sé porque no accedimos. Pero para darte un baño calentito bien.

Todo perfecto, de diez , solo dos cosa que no me gustaron almohadas muy planitas que lo solucione pidiendo otra y que tiene bañera en vez de ducha y también la televisión no estaba bien configurada y no la pudimos ver por lo demás todo de diez muy recomendable, la comida excelente y el personal también
Poner ducha y almohadas más gruesas y configurar la televisión normal , estaba igual en todas las habitaciones porque fuimos con amigos y a ellos también les pasó .

La piscina interior y el Spa correctos pero la sensación de instalación fría. Quizás falta de algo más de calefacción en el ambiente.
La comida/cena buffet repetitiva.
Quizás el precio por comer un poco caro para lo que se ofrece.
Las recepcionistas poco simpáticas en su atención a los clientes.
Alguna camarera del comedor también con actitud poco servicial en su atención.
Inexistencia de cargadores de coches eléctricos dada la categoría del Hotel. Lo sustituyen con poder cargar en unos enchufes domésticos
en el parking Interior obligando a pagar una noche mínimo, y adicionalmente un pago fijo por recargar de 15 €.
