La situación del hotel
"We requested a room with a double bed and upon arrival, it turned out that only an upgrade to a superior room was available at an additional cost. True or false? You be the judge. The room is in poor condition: frayed sheets, chipped furniture, torn wallpaper, chipped bathtub, the TV is not a Smart TV, and the audio description for the blind is activated on all channels without the option to change it. Dinner is a buffet but, due to a shortage of staff, part of the dining area is closed, and guests have to wait standing outside for a table. Half Board does not include drinks (guess the prices). Overall, very shabby."
Solicitamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y al llegar resultó que solamente estaba disponible mejorando a una habitación superior con sobrecoste ¿verdad o mentira? Ustedes juzguen. La habitación está en malas condiciones: sábanas deshilachadas, muebles picados, papel de la pared rasgado, bañera descascarillada, la TV no es Smart TV y está la audio descripción para ciegos activada en todos los canales sin opción de cambiarlo. La cena es un bufet pero, debido a la escasez de personal parte del comedor está cerrado y los huéspedes tienen que esperar fuera de pie a tener mesa. La media pensión no incluye bebidas (adivinen los precios). En fin, muy cutre.

Me ha gustado lugar, las camas perfectas, el personal acladable
It could improve the buffet, it hasn't been bad but it used to be better, bathrobes could be provided for everyone who goes to the spa, then improve the pool and touch up the walls, paint, install shower plates, deteriorated and few hammocks, otherwise fine.
Podría mejorar el buffet, no ha estado mal pero antes era mejor, los albornoces podrían dar a todos pillan spa, luego ir mejorando piscina y retocando paredes, pintar, poner platos de ducha, amacas deterioradas, pocas, por el resto bien
