Alojamiento fenomenal, el hotel es precioso y sus 4 estrellas estan muy bien ganadas, todo perfecto, muy amables todos, la habitación muy bonita, era media pensión y la comida buenísima y la atención igual muy
profesional, nos dieron un bonito detalle de bienvenida que no estaba reflejado en la oferta: frutas y agua. Lo hemos pasado de maravilla y Merida es preciosa 💖 Muchísimas gracias por todo, ha sido un fin de semana increíble.

"The bathroom in the room was very dirty, the bathtub was not clean, nor was the floor, many corners had long-standing dirt, the bedspread was stained, the bathroom carpet was pitiful, it was blackened, and the worst without a doubt was the food. We had Half Board, the breakfast was mediocre, we found a hair in the cheese, the cut fruit was past its prime from being cut for days... And the dinner was the worst. We ordered one thing and they brought something else. We ordered chicken fingers and they brought breaded chicken, if that can even be called chicken... The vegetable and prawn wok had no vegetables and only two prawns... They put the wrapper from the breaded chicken in our chicken salad without the chicken... I would never return in my life and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. The hotel needs a major renovation... It is far from being a 4-star hotel."
El baño de la habitación muy sucio, la bañera no estaba limpia ni el suelo, muchos rincones con suciedad de hace mucho tiempo, la colcha estaba manchada, la alfombra del baño daba pena, estaba renegrida y lo peor sin duda la comida. Nos incluía media pensión, el desayuno mediocre, encontramos un pelo en el queso, la fruta cortada estaba pasada de llevar días cortada... Y lo peor la cena. Pedimos una cosa y trajeron otras. Pedimos finger de pollo y trajeron un pollo empanado si se le puede de llamar a eso pollo... El wok de verduras y langostinos no tenía verduras y solo dos langostinos... La ensalada de pollo nos echaron el emboltorio del empanado del pollo sin pollo... Vamos no volvería en la vida y menos lo recomendaria a nadie. El hotel necesita una gran reforma...
