Las ventanas y cortinas en mal estado. Entraba frío y luz, y también el ruido de la carretera y de la bomba de calor.

Que es un sitio precioso playa de Aro
Cuando llegamos , tuvimos que subir a un tercer piso sin ascensor y a oscuras por falta de mantenimiento.
La bomba de calor estaba averiada y pasamos mucho frio , nos dejaron un radiador en recepción porque el apartamento estaba helado , cuando fuimos a poner en marcha el microondas no iba y nos lo tuvieron que cambiar, nos estabanos duchando y el calentador se estropeo y tuvimos que acabar la ducha como pudimos .
Habia insectios en el apartamento ( arañas y voladores ) entraba frio por las puertas correderas del apartamento.
Hemos pasado unos dias , solo de quejas , pero bien atendidos .
Tendrian que repasar los apartamentos antes de dar las llaves .
El año passdo nos dieron uno de los nuevos y estuvimos muy bien .
Lo de las instalaciones sin luz era muy peligroso, porque tenias que encender la luz del movil para subir a un tercero .
El desayuno fantastico , muy bien , puntuacion un : 8 .
Volveríamos si los apartamentos nos los dan en condiciones de poder estar comodos en ellos .

Habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas (vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, cafetera, nevera, menaje). Personal atento y simpático. Desayuno buffet surtido. Ubicación a unos 2km del centro, muy tranquilo y cerca de una cala preciosa (5min a pie)
Al ir en temporada baja no hemos podido disfrutar de todos los servicios, pero seguro volveremos para comprobarlo

El desayuno buffet no estaba del todo mal y la atención del personal.
El aire acondicionado no calentaba lo suficiente y pasamos mucho frío por la noche, la nevera no cerraba bien por escarcha en el congelador, el microondas no calentaba correctamente, olor a cloaca en todo el apartamento, luz fundida en la habitación, madera bufada por la humedad de la nevera, un clavo justo al lado de la puerta de la nevera, camas con una estructura pésima, el extractor y la luz no funcionaban, televisión minúscula, sin señal wifi en el apartamento, suciedad debajo de las camas, entró personal de mantenimiento sin avisar a nuestro apartamento pensando que ya habíamos hecho el check out y no era así porque nos quedaban aún 2 días más, la tarjeta del apartamento dejó de funcionar.

The kitchen had absolutely nothing beyond the basic elements. It didn't have a kitchen towel or paper towel. We have been to places that are more "simple" but have taken much better care of these details. Everything else, all good! I also find it quite negative that none of the workers speak Catalan.
La cuina no tenia absolutament res fora dels elements bàsics. No tenia ni drap de cuina ni paper de cuina. Hem anat a llocs més “senzills” però que han cuidat molt més aquests detalls. La resta, tot bé!
També trobo bastant negatiu que cap de les persones treballadores parli català.
