Las camas grandes, todo limpio, buffet bueno, sorprendió zumo de naranja natural en el desayuno, instalaciones bien, apartamento justo al lado amplio y gratuito.
Dejaron entrar antes, alas 12 nos dieron las llaves y aunque entregamos las llaves a su hora nos permetian quedar en el hotel y usar las instalaciones el tiempo necesario.
La programación de actividades muy pobre, entiendo que estábamos en la temporada media/baja pero podrían hacer algo divertido, aburrimos allí.

Una de las empleadas (Sonia) nos intentó solucionar en todo momento el fallo que tuvo el hotel en la habitación dada ya que estaba preparada para dos personas en lugar de tres q éramos
We didn't have the bed prepared for the three guests, and when we came back at night at 11 pm, we had to call the service to set up the third bed and provide services like towels, etc... Still, some things were missing. Not all the pools were in operation. The food was average, the service was slow and some of them were inattentive. Some areas of the hallways were lacking cleanliness in the carpets.
no teníamos preparada la cama para las tres huéspedes y cuando volvimos por la noche a las 23h tuvimos q llamar al servicio para q nos montasen la 3a cama y servicio como toallas etc...aún así seguían faltando cosas. No.estaban en funcionamiento todas las piscinas. La comida era regular, El servicio lento y poco atento alguno de ellos. Algunas zonas de los pasillos con moquetas les faltaba limpieza.

La ubicación está muy bien si vas de vacaciones ya que l playa está muy cerca. En nuestro caso que fue en marzo y no hacía muy buen tiempo necesitamos el coche para todo.
La comida bien, el personal bastante bien y las habitaciones muy cómodas
There is no outdoor heated pool, during the week the spa is closed and in low season there are no activities for children, even the playground was closed.
The sofa bed in the quadruple room is quite uncomfortable.
No existe la piscina climatizada exterior, entre semana el spa está cerrado y en temporada baja no hay actividades para los niños, incluso el parque estaba cerrado.
El sofá cama de la habitación cuádruple es un bastante incomodo.
